Firstly, please look at this chart:

I just want to know if I have understood it correctly.

My opinion is that this is radical yet purely positive chart but here are two considerable points:

1. Frustration through Mercury.
Frustration does not necessarily mean thwarting the positivity. But it only means here "Outsider's Interference" which is obvious in my case, as there are many people who would try hard so that I can not be employed there, and obviously they all are Mercury type, as the institution is Educational.

Especially, because the significator and the co-significator are not in applying Trine, but also they are in the possible strongest mutual reception by Ruler Exaltation, Ruler Triplicity and Ruler Term. Also, the Signifcator of H10 is in trine with the frustrating Mercury.

2. Besiegement of the Significator of H10, Venus.
One of software read the Venuse as Besieged by Malefics, i.e. Saturn and Mars, but in my opinion they are not in besieging the Venus, because they don't have any applying or even separating aspects, but also the Saturn is too far from Venus by two signs. Any firm opinion please?

Time Factor
If we take the orb of the applying Trine between the significators then it's 6.11 and if we take the least option then it's Moon which is in Mutable and succedant so the period will be in Months i.e. 6.11 months and if we add it becomes around 18th February 2010. Is it true?

If we put the Querent Significator in H10, it is in it's exaltation means I will enjoy this a lot or may be more than it worths or even may be it becomes all for me. What would be the exact interpretation?

Any idea about salary?, if I'd be happy and get what I have proposed to them, or will propose to them during the finalization?

I think we need a clearer idea and background in regards to the question. It's not clear what you are asking.

Also, sorry if this is off topic, but what software system do you use?? I like it very much, as it gives great detail that you normally would manually have to figure out!

Also the term "Frustration" in Horary, usually means a type of Prohibition. Is that the sense in which you are using it here?
