There is nothing but personal opinion available on this subject. Some people claim it can make a difference others say it can't.

And how should we deal with this? By refusing to explore the subject further? That's like saying because so little is known about a subject, we can't know anything about the subject. Astrology is rife with nothing but personal opinion, that's the problem.

If you are studying solar returns seriously, sooner or later you must deal with the relocation issue. In my personal experience, relocating made a difference. But I did have several years of studying SRs before testing out the principle. Perhaps this can be our area of consensus. To get anything meaningful out of a SR chart, relocated or otherwise, you should study past charts carefully.

What, an aries impatient? Unheard of! Seriously though, be gentle with yourself. Venus in the 4th of your SR next year is a VERY strong indication that you will be healed. I recommend Mary Fortier Shea's Planets in Solar Returns, it will brighten your day!

(I'm not related to her.)

How do you get from the first part of the above statement to the last part, aside from misstating what I said? Are your opinions definitive? Or do your beliefs transcend opinion?

I never said little was known. I said there is authority on all sides, and there is.

"...or are they reacting from personal bias and disposition? "
Everybody does that. Everybody.
