14 by Ficina But with a somewhat nothingy chart like this, the home faves should (...) get it! And so they did - well done! I noticed that Mars was also the hour-ruler, favouring SU, but I'm always wary of predicting derbies. They have a way of throwing up some very strange results sometimes. We have the Manchester derby to look forward to on Sunday.... Quote Fri Sep 18, 2009 10:09 pm

Hopefully no strange results on Sunday in Manchester but one in London would be great (Chelsea v Spurs) Hour ruler Mercury partile combust and Rx can sometimes produce dodgy results for faves particulary when the Moon isn't helping. 16 by Ficina Hi Gem, Re combust Moon no problem/effect when separating. Good point! Hopefully no strange results on Sunday in Manchester Not a lot going on in the chart (1.30pm, Asc 5?10' Sag). It's radical, favouring ManU, and ManC's sig is the weak Mercury which doesn't look good for them. Chelsea/Spurs chart (4pm, Asc 11?18' Cap) has strong radicality with hour-ruler Mercury and Asc ruler in same sign but, as you say, Mercury's weakness might be a problem. The position of Mars L10 in 7th is interesting. I guess it would favour Chelsea but I'm not sure. Anyone else have any views? Quote Sat Sep 19, 2009 8:48 pm
17 by Gem Hi Ficina I agree it looks better for Man Utd. Ficina wrote: The position of Mars L10 in 7th is interesting. I guess it would favour Chelsea but I'm not sure. I reckon it may favour Chelsea too. Generally speaking, having a planet like Mars angular is good for faves/ AC team. Quote Sun Sep 20, 2009 9:47 am
18 by Ficina ManU 4 - 3 ManC Chelsea 3 - 0 Spurs No surprises - home faves won both games, although the actual scorelines are rather stunning. Quote Sun Sep 20, 2009 5:49 pm
