Horary about upcoming move 1 by OMGN I know that most horary astrologers are against asking horaries to yourself, but I've seen it work so I decided to ask one. I will post it for all of you--it has definite importance in my life. I've been thinking about this for a while now and I decided to ask. I asked about whether I'd live alone or with roommates. The reason I asked this is because I'm uncertain about the circumstances and exactly how much money I can budget for myself to live alone, and it's definitely a VERY close call, so I thought astrology may help at this point of extreme uncertainty. 2 by Goca You are Ve and Moon, roommates are represented with 7 house ruler, Ma. Chart is so descriptive! Ma is in your 4 house, home, and Moon , you, goes to conjunct Ma, them. So, you will live with roommates (probably male one). Greetings, Goca http://www.astrosport07.webs.com http://fensi88.livejournal.com/ Quote Mon Oct 12, 2009 6:29 am
3 by yuzuru Hi, "oh, my goodness" (why people don?t like to use just "Frank" or "alice" anymore?) From the forum guidelines: Please remember that this is an astrology discussion forum - not a free chart interpretation/tutorial service. The forum exists for committed students of astrology and we don't want posts saying 'this is my birth data - what does it mean?', or 'I've done a horary chart - what does it mean?' Even if you put 'please', 'I desperately NEED your help', or several exclamation marks after your header, we still don't want those kinds of posts. We are, however, interested in discussing topics that help students understand broad issues of relevance to all astrologers. So requests for information on particular techniques are appropriate and often this is best explained within the context of a chart you are working on. you can read the complete guidelines here: http://skyscript.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=945 Please, be aware that posts that do not comply with guidelines can be deleted by moderation without further notice. 4 by OMGN Hi everyone. Sorry about that. I'm signified by Venus in Virgo, ruler of Taurus and also "co ruled" by the Moon in Cancer. My roommate would be signified by Mars, the ruler of Scorpio and of the 7th house in this chart. I choose the 7th house because this is where contractual agreements between two people take place and in horary signifies "the other party". - Venus and Mars are both in fall. This definitely alarmed me. - Venus and Mars are applying to a sextile within 1 degree. - Venus is also applying to Saturn, but so is Mars and Mars is closer meaning it will perfect a sextile to Saturn first. - Saturn = delays, rejection, isolation. - Mars = separation, severs that which is like. - the Moon has JUST separated from Venus and applies to Mars = translation of light. - The IC is in the 3rd and not in the 4th in this chart, so I'm going to disregard the 4th for the most part. - There's a conjunction of the Moon and Mars exactly on the IC of the chart. - Either way, neither Venus nor Mars reach Saturn OR eachother between the Moon translates. And as you can see, the Moon rules the 3rd and IC (home) in this chart. I see my new home will be splendid! - The answer is YES any way you go. I believe my roommate will be male also (Mars). I am definitely a little uneasy about both my sig and my roommate's being in fall. Any ideas? Quote Mon Oct 12, 2009 2:09 pm
5 by aglaya Hi, OMG! OhMyGOODNESS wrote:The IC is in the 3rd and not in the 4th in this chart, so I'm going to disregard the 4th for the most part. What exactly do you mean by this? The IC (Imum Coeli) is another name for the 4th cusp- it's one of the chart's angles! It's in the 3rd sign from the Asc but it's the beginning of the 4th astrological house! And, being the house of home/homeland/house- it is of a great importance here as your question has got everything to do with your future domestic life. The Moon being placed there is supporting this (by suggesting what the area of your biggest concern most probably is). My roommate would be signified by Mars, the ruler of Scorpio and of the 7th house in this chart. It would be- if you had one! only here- you're actually trying to find out whether you'll even have to share your new home with someone. So, examine the shape of your ruler and the shape of the 4th and its ruler first and see if you'll have any roommates in the first place. See if there are any corporal aspects (conjunctions- they can often reveal whether there are people close to someone; in a relationship with that person, married to them or, in this case -living with that person) or if any other planet has "moved into" your 4th and where it is coming from. Haven't really spent much time examining this chart but, seeing the ruler of the 7th on the 4th cusp and conjunct the Moon and with your ruler being in a multiple conjunction- it does look somewhat crowdy in your home! in some cases, we could derive the houses and use the 4th as the house of your current home but, in my humble opinion, it is not necessary here as you've already excluded the current home from your question, it is basically not a relocation question but rather a question regarding circumstances and quality of your life after you move away from home - others may disagree! Saturn = delays, rejection, isolation. ..or an older husband or some one's wife- only here we have a very clear question and Saturn does not necessarily mean that there will be delays ('tho, there may be)! Saturn rules certain houses in this chart and you should first examine its rulership- the energy of which houses does it actually bring into the overall picture by aspecting one or more relevant planets? Here saturn rules the 9th, the 10th and the 11th. Where are you moving- are you a student? The 9th rules higher education and distant places, the 11th rules friends and so on... Regards, aglaya!
