Mercury gets the Sack due to Red light failure

The Norwegian National Rail NSB abandoned the signal system Mercury today and admits a ?60 million loss on a prestige project that was started in 2003. The reason being the numerous reports that the system was not working as it should. The system ws never approved by the national railway authorities.

The announcent comes the day after the Winter solstice and the Sun's ingress to Capricorn with Mercury, located in the exaltation of Mars, tranisitting 19 Capricorn and inconjunct the position of recent stationary Mars at 19LE41.
