November 2010 1 by Ema Hi, I've been going through lots of research today... There's a prediction of Baba Vanga, a blind clairvoyant who died I think in 1999 but is supposed to foretell many disasters, that World War III will begin in November 2010. Now I usually dismiss such predictions right away but I find it curious (and alarming) that the north node will be exactly conjunct Pluto in Capricorn in November 2010. World War II started during the month when there was an exact square od those two, and some nuclear disasters etc. are also linked to their "coupling". She said that there'll be 4 attempts on presidential lives preceeding the onset of the war. Now many of you probably know that WW I started when Pluto entered Cancer and WW II when it entered Leo. So, Pluto is undoubtedly the major force behind wars. In February 2008 USA declared recession - it was the month when Pluto first entered Capricorn. Recession aside, there was H1N1 death resulting from the Saturn/Pluto mundane square in autumn this year, which is going to be repeated in February 2010 and August 2010. I do wander what will be the grim result of the said conjunction in November 2010? Any ideas? 2 by aglaya Hi, Ema, my mundane astrology knowledge is very small but I will surely enjoy reading comments. It's interesting to see her name being mentioned here- as you can imagine, I'm familiar with her "work" (is that the right word here?! ) and I am curious to hear if any Mundane Astrologer can confirm the critical dates that she suggested. but, most of all, I wanted to say that it is nice to see you here again! Pozdrav! ("Hello!" ) Quote Sun Dec 27, 2009 11:04 pm
by Ema Hi Aglaya I'm not familiar with her "work" - I just read an article. She was a simple and uneducated woman, she knew nothing about astrology and cycles etc. Do you know anything more about her? I just saw her predicitions laid out for the next 3000 or so years but nothing about the exact words with which she is supposed to have predicted those major events in history. Would be interesting to know what exactly she said, and what are the "interpretations" And yes, Mercury retrograde has some good side effects, too Ema http://www.emakurent.com http://www.astroakademija.si http://www.astrojoy.com Quote Mon Dec 28, 2009 8:24 am
by Dave M. I believe an investigation of prior occurences of Pluto conj. nodes will lead one to realize these are times of 'Religious reformation"...check out October 1517 when Luther posted his 'writ' on the church door in Germany. Pluto was conj. the South Node at that time... I don't see 'War" on the horizon, for Nov. 2010, but rather 'Religious Reformation". You are a Divine expression of the Universe. 5 by Ema Hi Dave, Pluto was indeed in Capricorn (2 degrees) at that time but on 31st October 1517 when Luther published his Theses, the south node was at about 28 Sag so about 4 degrees past the conjunction - and in another sign. This makes the conjunction too loose (IMO) to be taken as an important astrological "imprint" for that historical event. Besides, religious movements are more in line with the sign of Saggitarius than Capricorn, which has more to do with politics, government etc. Saturn was in Sag too then, conj. the south node. Besides, I think that we should have at least 3 occurences of the same character accompanied by the same astrological signature/s to create something like a hypothesis Having said that, I've found a very interesting article by Matt Carnicelli, a well-known American mundane and financial astrologer, on the theme of Pluto (and Saturn) which I warmly reccommend: http://hpleft.com/091409.html Ema http://www.emakurent.com http://www.astroakademija.si http://www.astrojoy.com Quote Mon Dec 28, 2009 6:24 pm
by Dave M. I beg to differ...according to a chart cast by astrodienst for the 31st of Oct in 1517... Martin Luther posted his notice on the church door in Wittenburg Germany on Oct 31, 1517...and when I produced the chart I found that Pluto was @ 01* Cap. 55' and that the Nodes where in the 30th degrees of Gemini/Sag. Thus there had been a Pluto/Nodes conj/opp. just prior to this event on the 1st degrees of Capricorn/Cancer. [The catalyst!] ...and check out that Uranus/Sun Mars opposition...and that there had been a Pluto/Jupiter/Uranus- Grand Trine apparently some weeks before... ...also of interest is the theory that around the 29th degree of Sag. is the [proposed?] 'GALATIC CENTER'. You are a Divine expression of the Universe. Quote Mon Dec 28, 2009 6:39 pm
by Ema Yes Dave, of course, I use true node while you obviously have the mean node... Well it doesn't matter. It's interesting, really, to see what was going on at that time when Pluto was crossing the same zodiacal degrees... Thanks for pointing that out! As you mention the galactic center, have you noticed that the full moon will stretch accross those points (29 sag/gem) on 21st november 2010??? Interesting times ahead indeed! She was a simple and uneducated woman, she knew nothing about astrology and cycles etc. Do you know anything more about her? Hi, again, Ema! When I said that i was familiar with her predictions and work I meant that I had heard of her and had read some of her predictions and heard a thing or two about her but, of course- I'm not an expert But I can share what i do know with you and the others ! (I honestly thought that you had heard of her before but maybe I'm just too influenced by my aunts who love prophets of all kinds and never question the accuracy of their predictions! ) You're right- she was a poorly educated blind woman (but she was literate and did have certain education) and did not own any astrological knowledge whatsoever! So, besides the dates and descriptions of the events that she predicted, i don't think the members here will have much use of the story about her but maybe they'll at least find it interesting. Baba Vanga actually means "Granny Vanga" or "old woman Vanga" (her name was Vangelia Pandeva Dimitrova; I believe that Gusterova which means "Lizard's" was either her nickname or maybe her second/married surname, a strange one, though ) ; she was born in Macedonia in 1911. and died in 1999. in Bulgaria where she spent most of her life. She lost her eye sight in a storm at the age of 12 - she barely survived the storm and, when the rescue workers found her trapped under the ruins, her eyes were full of dust and sand. In her youth, she attended a school for blind persons in Serbia where she was taught to use Braille, to sew and to play piano. When the modern ages, TV, magazines etc. came, she was already a 60 yo lady which is where "granny" comes from but, apparently, she had been internationally famous for her predictions long time before that (word of mouth marketing ) and, the story even has it that Adolf Hitler paid her a visit during the WW2 and left her home very disappointed after she said that he was going to lose the war. She would have also advised common people, heal people with herbs and she was well known for owning an enormous knowledge in herbal medicine as she believed that people should only be treated with locally grown plants - considering the humber of foreigners who visited her during her life, her knowledge in botanics must have been on a very high level . There are hundreds of stories connected to her name as you can imagine, many of which include tragic national heroes, singers, presidents and so on. But the truth is- she never practiced any virtue or predictive technique; no beans, cards, coffee ground...her own explanation of her "extra" powers was that invisible creatures (or people, don't know any more) were sending her informations "about time and space"! Naturally, this story does have another not so "extraterrestrial" layer- Bulgarian Communist party leaders were very keen on her and many people suggest that, regardless of whether she was really psychic or not, some of her predictions were actually grounded in secret files given to her by some of the Party leaders rather then in her extra sense. They say that she predicted the exact time of her own death, the beginning of the WW2 and many other mundane events. Until recently, her words about a "a wolf howling in a bush" were very popular as many people believe that she was talking about George W. Bush! But, generally, her predictions were very straightforward and short. As an example, I found her prediction of the tragic events on 9/11 - "Horror, horror! The American brethren will fall after being attacked by the steel birds. The wolves will be howling in a bush, and innocent blood will be gushing.? " (Many people think that the word "brethren" actually refers to "twins" rather than to "American brothers" as nation) As for her predictions concerning the upcoming period, I have managed to find a list today and here's what she says: 2010 - The beginning of WWIII. The war will begin in November of 2010 and will end in October of 2014. It will start as a normal war, then nuclear and chemical weapons will be introduced.. 2011. - Due to radioactive showers in Northern Hemisphere - no animals or plants will survive. Muslims will begin chemical war against Europeans who are still alive. 2014. - The majority of the world's population will have skin cancer and skin related diseases. (consequences of chemical wars). 2016. - Europe is almost empty (no population) 2018. - China becomes the new world power. The Third World countries are not exploited any more- they now exploit 2023. - The Earth's Orbit will significantly change (this is probably a very interesting prediction for Astrologers) 2025. - Europe is still almost empty 2028. - Development of a new source of energy . (Probably a controlled thermonuclear reaction) Hunger gradually increases. Piloted spaceship is deployed to Venus ( I must say that I have found a version that says that the hunger is decreasing so- I cannot guarantee for this one) 2033 - Polar ice caps are melting. Global sea level rises. 2043 - World economy is prosperous. Muslims are running Europe. 2046 - People can now breed all human organs (produce them). Exchange of body organs becomes the favorite method of treatment. ("Exchange"- transplantation obviously) 2066 - During the attack on Rome (under control Muslim control), U.S.A. uses a new type of weapons (she calls it "climatic"). Sudden cold weather. 2076 - No class society (communism) 2084 - The rebirth of Nature. 2088 - New disease. - People aging swiftly - within few seconds . 2097 - The disease that causes the people to age swiftly is cured. 2100 - Man made Sun is illuminating the dark side of the Earth. 2111 - People become robots. 2123 - Wars between small countries. Big countries don't get evolved. 2125 - In Hungary the signals from Space are received. (People will be reminded of Vanga again) - the latter is also quoted 2130 - Colonies under water (advices from aliens) 2154 - Animals become half-humans. 2167 - New religion 2170 - Big drought. 2183 - A colony on Mars turns into a nuclear power and wants to become independent from the Earth. (the same way that U.S. once became independent from England) 2187 - Two volcanic eruptions are successfully terminated (stopped). 2195 - The colonies placed under the sea are fully supplied with energy and food. 2196 - Full mixture between Asians and Europeans. 2201 - Thermonuclear activities on the Sun are gradually shutting down. It is colder. 2221 - The search for life outside of Earth results in an encounter of the mankind with something terrifying . 2256 - A horrible disease come to the Earth with a spaceship. 2262 - The orbs of the planets have entirely changed. A comet threatens to crash into Mars. 2271 - Physical constants are re-calculated (they have changed) . 2273 - Mix of yellow, white, and black race. New race. 2279 - Energy out of nothing (assumption- from vacuum or black holes) 2288 - Time travel. NBew extraterrestrial contacts. 2291 - The Sun is cooling down. Attempts to re-activate it are taken. 2296 - Powerful explosions on the Sun (probably the result of the attempts at reactivating it) . Gravity changes. Old space stations and satellites are falling down 2299 - New resistance movement agains Islam in France. 2302 - New important laws of the Universe are being revealed and mysteries uncovered. 2304 - The mystery of the Moon is uncovered. 2341 - Something horrifying is approaching the Earth form the space. 2354 - Accident on one of the man made suns causes draughts. 2371 - Big hunger. 2378 - New and fast growing race. 2480 - Two man- made suns will collide. Earth is in the dark. 3005 - War on Mars. 3010 - Comet will crash into the Moon. The Earth wrapped in a layer of dust and rocks. 3797 - By this time, everything living on Earth dies. But the human kind moves onto other stars . That's what I have found. I hope that mundane astrologers here will find it interesting. Regards, aglaya Quote Mon Dec 28, 2009 10:47 pm
by PFN Normally, if I find a post full of ridiculous BS (sorry for that) I just pass it by. Anyway, this time I think things are really getting low. Even if WWIII happens in november 2010, her other predictions are so lame that it is disrespectful to serious astrology students (or any serious form of divination, for that matter). More than that, shows the lack of spiritual connection that the person who made them up had, besides a lack of morals (and lots of imagination). It's also impressive that some people reduce mundane astrology to a single transit of Pluto... I think that it's time to improve the quality of information posted, and that's up to the users best discretion, since, at leas for me, it's becoming unbearable the amount of ridiculousness that's been posted lately. 11 by dr. farr I believe aglaya's post of the Bulgarian psychic's predictions was intended for informational purposes only (regarding the activities of the late Bulgarian psychic) and was not intended as any kind of example of veridical divination, much less of astrological predictive techniques. I for one found the material regarding the late Bulgarian psychic interesting; certainly the psychic predictions are way out there, but no more so than many-very many-of the astrologically based mundane predictions I have read over the years. I personally consider mundane astrology-as usually attempted-to be the weak branch of the astrological art, accurate predictions here being few and far between when compared with the much higher accuracy levels found in natal (predictive), astro-therapeutic and horary work. Something is missing, lacking or unknown relating to mundane work, which once was (and still should be) the most important branch of predictive work, since it has to do with general conditions and events affecting all things upon the earth. Hi PFN, and it's also impressive how low some people can get Or did you completely misunderstand my post? Thanks Aglaya and dr Farr for your information and additional insight:) Again, I invite serious students of mundane astrology to read that article of Matt Carnicelli, investigating the Saturn/Pluto square - situation in Iran is getting increasingly worrying.
