I think so, yes. In this chart, she is signified by a retrograde malefic and Lilly advises us to 'expect the worst' in such cases and to 'arrange our business' and 'prepare ourselves' accordingly(I'm paraphrasing here ).
As generally in life, we're far better off without something/someone we think is really important to us - in my opinion. In another words - be careful what you wish for, it might come true
