I did not look at first 2 matches, because you was sure it will be draw, but now after your question I looked.
In first one someone already said Moon was not Combust!! It was Cazimi!! So, 2 matches rest.
Charts are not the "same". In Argentina's chart, dispositor of Moon was also ruler of 7 and was in angular house, right on DSC, contrary to significator of 1st which was in sucedent house, so we had winner.
In England's chart, noone ruler was in angular house and Moon;s dispositor also was in sucedent house so it ended as draw.
