by Eoz Rohan - in addition Mo(Sa) trines aPOF(Le). That's stront testimony for ASC team I think Therefore I'd bet for Slovakia +1.5 for 1.525 (asian handicap; if Slovakia lose more than 2 goals, bet lose) because Italy is favourite before match, I suppose. Oh, and hi everyone EDIT: I noticed, that Mo trines aPOF just in the beginning of the match. Later, during the 2nd half Mo is going to oppose POF, what makes DSC team more likely to win... Will there be more pressure/goals around 65-70min? We'll see Forgive me if my post above provides lack of sense... I'm learning Quote Thu Jun 24, 2010 7:50 am
by daz madrigal In yesterdays match there was a lot of pressure, near misses, opportunities etc about 20-30 minutes into the 2nd half (around 4.25 pm BST) but no goals. Sun opp PL was directly on the AS/DC axis. It will be interesting to see if this happens again. ps. ASC ruler would seem the likely winner but I use the favourites method so that would be Italy. I would say Italy 3 Slovakia 0. Mad Daz's Place, quiet but never boring http://pinkmelon.proboards82.com/index.cgi Quote Thu Jun 24, 2010 10:52 am
by Janis Valkovskis Italia - Slovakia Kick - off 16:00 ASC 13:47 Sagittarius It is the day of Jupiter and hour of Venus. Jupiter and Venus are in the same triplicity and, in addition, Venus trines ASC. Italy as the favourite gets ASC. Jupiter, the lord of I, is in reception by exaltation with the Sun, the lord of X. A good sign for ASC team. The Moon is strong on the cusp of I with the orb of 3 degrees. The Moon, as already pointed out by somebody, trines APOF. Notwistanding that the aspect is seperating, it is still within the orb of approx. 2 degrees. The Moon's next aspect is trine with Venus placed in IX. Venus is the lady of hour and dispositor of POF. Besides, Venus antisca (18:07 Taurus) conjuncts POF (the orb is about 3 degrees). With these testimonies I believe that the favourite (Italy) should win. Paraguay-New Zealand ASC 14:01 Sagittarius The same chart and the same considerations. Holland - Cameroon Kick off 20:30 ASC 08:55 Aquarius It is the day of Jupiter and hour of Jupiter. Aquarius ASC agrees with Jupiter in humour, so the chart is radical and fit to be judged. The chart is not very telling. There is no difference in accidental dignities. Neither of the significators are angular, nor is the Moon and her dispositor. Venus, the lady of IV, in VII is a slight advantage for DSC team considering that the Moon is in a seperating trine from her. The Moon has no applying aspects within the orb of 5 degrees. All considered, it looks like a stalemate. Denmark-Japan ASC -13:19 Aquarius. The same considerations. Denmark playing in red gets DSC. I doubt whether Denmark may profit from the chart even if they play in red. The Moon's trine with Venus is seperating and the Moon, as already said, makes no aspects within the orb of 5 degrees. The dispositor of POF and Mars (red) - Mercury is combust. Under this chart the most credible result is a draw. Regards Quote Thu Jun 24, 2010 1:31 pm

Italy may wear white kit( Away Kit) in today's match. So Dec. should be Italy. Moon in the 12th house but approaching the Asc. cusp. L10 in the 7th house. I think it could be a tough game for Italy. Slovakia might upset Italy today. Kindly share your views. Well you were correct but Italy played in blue and I have to say most of us got it wrong whichever method we use. 17 by Ficina Gosh, what an exciting game! Slovakia 3 - 2 Italy. As Daz says, it turned out Slovakia wore white (Moon above the horizon) and Italy blue (Jupiter below). I still wasn't sure they'd win though with Mercury L7 applying square Saturn. I mentioned previously that Moon conjunct any angle from a cadent house favours the underdogs. In this chart Moon was conjunct Asc from 12th house! Quote Thu Jun 24, 2010 4:45 pm
by Rohan Portugal-Brazil 25 June 2010 Kick off 16:00 Durban Asc: Sagi 19:38 Chart almost same as Slovakia- Italy match. But now Moon is near to the Asc. And Mercury in Cancer. Asc team will have advantage. In yesterday's match Slovakia wear white kit and Italy Blue. Portugal is likely to wear Red-white-Green kit and Brazil Blue-white. I am confused. Which team will be Asc.? I think Blue-white goes well with Moon in Asc. So Can we assign Asc to Brazil? Dear Goca, can you please share your views on this match? Warm Regards, Rohaan Joshii Quote Fri Jun 25, 2010 5:51 am
by Goca This is really hard to assign colors, so I am not sure. In Portugal vs Korea Portugal wear all red kit, but now I think they will wear red/white according to chart ASC ruler Ju in Ar/red, Moon/white on ASC, which is their home kit. Ju also is connecteed with green 3 color in Portugal's kit. Ge means yellow or blue, Me yellow/white, but because Me means light color combination, I think Brazil will wear yellow/blue sport kit, also because of conjunction with Su which means yellow. Also, Me and Ge are no way conncted with red, but Su is, that is why I am not sure... AD Ju=16 Me=3 Advantage for ASC team. Moon;s aspect within 5 deg square AJu I would use this as advantage for ASC team because it is ruler of 1st which is more important then ruler of 4. To me it seams Portugal will win. 20 by Ficina Moon in 1st house conjunct Ascendant should favour the favourites, Brazil. It's 4? away which is a bit wide but will be moving closer in real time. I'll go for Brazil to win. (Although we have seen teams turn up in unexpected kits, I agree with Goca that both teams will probably wear their home kits since there is no colour clash.) Quote Fri Jun 25, 2010 10:14 am
by Goca Portugal 0-0 Brazil Nobody was right. It seams that aspect with AJu equal count both for ASC and DSC team? Greetings, Goca http://www.astrosport07.webs.com http://fensi88.livejournal.com/ Quote Fri Jun 25, 2010 4:27 pm
by LeeLu In a way Portugal did win if we take into account the fact that because of Portugal's strength this is the first game for Brazil in Soth Africa that it didn't win! Quote Fri Jun 25, 2010 4:43 pm
by PFN Hello Leelu, I do not think we could count a draw as a win for Portugal, cause the 1st in the group would likely avoid an early clash with Spain, Germany, Mexico, England and Argentina later on... both teams were playing the easy way out, although Portugal rose up a little in the 2nd half, but Brasil brought more risk to Portugal than the contrary. 24 by Janis Valkovskis I've been thinking a lot of why it was draw. I believed that Portugal as ASC team, attributed by kit colour, would even win. The Moon in I not far from the the cusp usally means tha ASC team should win. AC Ju L1 - 16, Me L7 - 3. The chart is not radical. The game began with Saturn being the ruler of hour. The chart was radical between 16:27 and 16:44 when ASC moved into Capricorn with Jupiter being the ruler of hour. Jupiter is generous, but Saturn resctrictive. Jupiter is below horizon but Saturn above, so defence or corruption of result prevails. The planets are in opposition with their antiscas falling on each other with the orb less than a degree. The chart suggested that there were to have been many goals. The Moon on ASC at 16:16, Mars on Mc at 16:27; Pluto on ASC with Sun on DSC, Nodes on ASC - DSC axis with Saturn on MC at 17:37, Uranus on IC at 17:44, Jupiter at 17:48. The Moon within the orb of 5 degrees is applying to Sun's antisca by opposition, and then immediately conjuncts Pluto's antisca, squares antisca of Jupiter, the ruler of I and IV, then immediately Saturn, and sextile Neptun. The last aspect the Moon does is a square to Saturn, the lord of hour, and the lord of ASC in the second half. The Moon's final aspect to Saturn obviously blacked out the score. I have a sneaking suspicion that the Moon's applying easy aspects (sextile or trine) to Neptun has a tendency to draw. Pluto opposition to Sun, I believe also contributed to draw, as it was in the signs of Jupiter's exaltation and fall and Saturn's house and detriment. There are my considerings Regards Quote Fri Jun 25, 2010 6:24 pm
