1 by aglaya Hi, ryvita! Few days ago, we had another digging argument where strange comments were made, like who knows that i did when i left home? so my question is did my partner had an affair? I'm not sure that I completely understand the part in italics - at first I thought that it was him who suggested that you had had an affair! But, it appears that it was the other way around . Is that what happened? Did he suggest that he had been unfaithful while you were separated? Personally, when something like this happens, I'm pretty reluctant to cast a Horary chart. If it is something that he said that keeps on bugging you and if the purpose of the astrological analysis is to find out if his words were correct then, in my opinion, an event chart would be a much better choice. It would allow you to see the whole situation in a much better light and would, at the same time, eliminate all those unnecessary and yet every present doubts regarding his (un)faithfulness in general. Because we all tend to exaggerate and torture ourselves with all sorts of doubts and imaginary pictures. Still, if your idea that your partner has been or is unfaithful to you is deeply grounded then a Horary chart indeed is a good choice. But, at this point, it is important to ask it when you're sure that you're ready for the answer and, even more importantly, whether the answer can really hep you. Such questions should never be triggered by pure curiosity or in a state of agitation. In case you think that this question is really important to you, then you should ask it after you have calmed down and cooled off from your last fight. Stormy situations push us into asking confusing questions and such questions often result in non-radical charts. Personally, I think that this just might be the case here. The Ascendat is too early and your Ascendant ruler is badly damaged by the sunrays. It seems that the chart is too early sign to judge however it seems also that the chart does still provide some answers. The only problem is - can you read them unbiased?! I believe this chart is saying that the question is better left alone for now. You are the astrologer in this case and the shape of your ascendant ruler alone can be read a strong sign of caution and a warning against judgement. How well can a combust planet see? It affects your judgement in reality but it also affects your astrological skills. Your ruler is indeed separating from the Sun only, unlike you, I think that the influence of the 12th (the rulership of the Sun), does not necessarily imply that your partner has been unfaithful but I actually think that it is more descriptive of your current state of mind and the fears and anxiousness that you have been experiencing for the past couple of days. It is worth comparing the orb of the separation with the actual time- the orb is roughly 3.5 degrees: if it fits the number of days that have passed since your quarrel, I'd say that it is probably suggesting that your have been through a very traumatic episode. In relationship questions where the ruler of one of the parties is combust, it does not only mean that the person does not see everything clearly: more often than not, it actually implies very strong even turbulent emotions which is probably what you have been experiencing lately. And the cause of your anxiety is obviously coming from the 12th. I think that, given the circumstances, it is natural. Venus tucked into the 12th is pretty supportive of this. Naturally, the early ascendant is probably suggesting that the question may have been misplaced to begin with. This chart is full of stressful aspects and I also notice that heavy outer planets are touching some of the most important parts of the chart. Your partner's ruler is conjunct Uranus (it is an across the sign conjunction but I still think that it is rather descriptive of the situation), Pluto is occupying the 5th cusp (sexual affairs, pleasure etc.) which certainly add some weight to the whole situation. Finally, there's Neptune smack on the 7th cusp. The placement of the Moon inside the 7th is obviously suggesting that the life of your partner or simply your relationship is the area of your main concern whilst the presence of Neptune on that angle suggests the idea of unfaithfulness . But, even though Neptune on the 7th cusp often suggests tears, unfaithfulness, secrets and so on, in a chart with so many warnings against judgement, I'm thinking that it might be depicting your thoughts rather than describing the objective circumstances. The angular Mars, dispositor of your partner-s ruler, placed inside the 1st (and, hence casting an opposition onto the 7th) might be another indication of the troubles and anxiousness triggered by your partner's words. The chart is full of stressful aspects, neither of your rulers in the best of all shapes and the chart is showing some strong signs of caution. I think that this might not be the best moment to ask such a question. Cheers! Last edited by aglaya on Thu Jul 01, 2010 7:23 pm, edited 4 times in total. Quote Thu Jul 01, 2010 3:56 pm
2 by Tanit But, at this point, it is important to ask it when you're sure that you're ready for the answer and, even more importantly, if the answer can really hep you. Such questions should never be triggered by pure curiosity or in a state of agitation. I agree with Aglaya... I've seen a few cheating questions the past few days for some reason and the querents seem to have a strange way of jumping to that conclusion. Normally when someone has an argument, you would expect to ask if you will make up and get back together. The cheating conclusion seems illogical based on the information you have provided, and is probably why you have an early ASC (unless you have asked multiple questions about this matter or this person). It seems like there is a bigger issue than cheating - i.e., a major relationship problem that might lead to this happening or your jumping to this conclusion. The chart says to me that you ARE assuming things without real evidence. Mercury square Jupiter is an aspect known for jumping to the wrong conclusion based on a lack of evidence. With water influences, your ?evidence? would likely be your feelings or ?psychic? perceptions, which are misguiding you. Sun-Jupiter square is a lack of self-control and glossing over the big picture (probably both of you). You are also both in inhumane signs and Mercury is combust, so there is a lack of communication to work through these problems. When a querent is combust, that is also a huge warning to the astrologer that they are not being rational about the issue and are overcome with fear or blinded by something. Some say they are "unregulated," meaning the astrologer cannot help them very much because they may not listen to them, and will more likely listen to their own fears (which are often just that, imo) or prejudices (in your case, your emotions and bad thoughts). I can almost picture you crying at the chart the question, "He cheated, didn't he?!" It seems like you assume too much. I would recommend trying to resolve this issue with your boyfriend first and ask him calmly if he has had an affair vs. seeking divination first. As Deb always says, you should use it as a last resort. If you cannot trust your boyfriend to be honest with you, that seems to be a bigger problem than cheating and would only lead to these types of things. I also would wonder if you have any evidence that would ground such a question to begin with, or is this just insecurity. As the question requires if there is a lover 5 house from 7 house sits in cancer 11 house where the querent is while moon lord 11 and lord 5 derived house sits in 7 house pisces (natural sign for deep emotions). So the moon can represent the lover if existant in 7 house of partner while Jupiter the lordship just separated from the sun who can represent the hidden matter as lord of 12th house being revealed. The querent is applying aspect to the moon 5th lord can it be a person from my network? actually my question was not intended to know who is the person, so i will ignore my previous comment. Assigning lovers is difficult. There is an article floating around on Skyscript somewhere about cheating spouses, and I don't remember the 5th house significator being key, but more likely the planet(s) that the quesited has been aspecting recently and reception involved, etc. You would basically want to see who Jupiter has been interested in, is it of the past/future, etc. Since the Moon is a natural co-sig for the querent, it is likely representing you and the question itself, but it can sometimes represent other people. The Moon and Jupiter aren't even aspecting, so I don't personally think it's another person. Since the Moon is an extension of you, in Pisces it might add to the water/emotional influences and irrational thoughts you are having. Jupiter is really miserable in the 8th house and he receives you into exaltation, which seems like he cares about you, but that he is unhappy (the 8th and square). You and Jupiter just went through the square aspect, showing your fight (also Mars in the 1st) and he's in a sign of Mars and it's a day chart (more hot influences). He seems angry, you seem emotional. He's opposing the 5th sig Saturn and in antiscion aspect. Sun could be someone (they are in a mutual reception and Sun is the 12th ruler combusting you and Sun squared him after Mercury), but I have to agree with Aglaya that this chart is pointing more towards the difficulty of the relationship. Venus and Jupiter aspected in the past too (before the fight), and she's in the 12th, so I wonder if he or someone else you'be been with could have cheated a long time ago and maybe that's why you are asking this (due to past hurts). Saturn seems more like your relationship problems (plus Mars in the 1st) and would make Jupiter pretty fed up, with the opposition (he would feel stifled, depressed by the relationship). Venus and Sun could be a 12th house influence in the relationship, but not necessarily another woman. I think it's more likely the self-undoings, fears, insecurity, etc. you do to each other in this relationship and regrets you have by how you behave. Mercury/Sun next aspect Mars in the 1st, and Mars can be a separater in horary. I don't think you should jump to bad conclusions based on this chart because of a lack of radicality and warnings. When the querent asks these types of questions and creates the chart themselves, it often just shows your fears. That's a major reason you'd want to seek a professional, since they will get more information from you before asking and the chart will have readability vs. irrational fear. When you ask a question yourself (create a chart) you need to be objective enough to answer it without assuming things. Quote Thu Jul 01, 2010 5:34 pm
hi all 3 by ryvita actuallly, i am very calm, did not blew up and or broke the plates, was more concerned about his comments which are so rare, maybe he wanted me to react. This morning for instance, while i was at work, he commented on a photo via live windows which for some reason the site highlighted he added a note to this person photo which i do not know her. When i asked him about it, he was adamant that he never did so... but i provided the name of the person and yet he did remember, was a friend of a friend. we had a big issue in our relationship, him not having an employment has added stress in our daily life, but i do support him. So maybe there is too much tension and insanity in the air, will breathe slowly for few days tanya you are right, my ex husband of 18 years cheated on me with my aupair, so i guess there is this fear that it will happen again. i guess i need a bath and a great opening communication this evening, that will do the trick thanks Quote Thu Jul 01, 2010 5:45 pm
