by VestaDS Initially I got Sail as Sailing which is associated with Scorpio. But when I googled Catalpa Sail it was actually a sailing boat used for a prisoner escape from Australia, so could also have worked for 12th House also. Quote Fri Sep 10, 2010 3:37 pm
by VestaDS I am going for as per my original post of 3 RFC with these 3 horses, unless someone posts something that ssways my judgement. Snow Fairy Arctic Cosmos Theology Quote Fri Sep 10, 2010 3:59 pm
by PallasAthene Rewilding.. has to be in there somewhere Midas Touch or Joshua Tree Total Command or Theology Or some combination of those.. lol, so 50% again.. I was convinced it was going to be Bright Horizon,.. but pulled out which has thrown me. (am veering towards the ascendant as the first aspect so have chosen more around that jup/ur conj which is the tightest aspect in the chart... apart from venus/pluto sextile.. : ) I agrees on Snow Fairy sun colours.. and Arctic Cosmos virgo colours.. but not sure about the name association. But given my current track record, you are more accurate than me so anyone following would probably be better advised to follow your tips! Hope Goca and Ficina post their thoughts too. 28 by VestaDS Just a final thought, nothing to do with astrology, only 3 of the horses running tomorrow have raced over 1m and 4f, The St Ledger is 1m 6f 132. The race was 2m at Ascot 17.00pm 18th June 2010 5th House 17.09 pisces, 1st aspect Moon 20.27 Virgo Theology was 2nd Total command 3rd Corsica 4th The secong most interesting fact was that Corsica "led until 5f out, tracked leader, pushed along in close 3rd and every chance 2f out, " source gg.com Theology is 33-1 at William hill 1-3 odds and Corsica 66-1 at 1/4 at Ladbrokes for a place!! Tomorrow shall be judgement day. Quote Fri Sep 10, 2010 7:29 pm
by Ficina Hope Goca and Ficina post their thoughts too. It's a difficult one. Mars conjunct MC stands out but unfortunately there aren't any Mars in Libra type names. Moon in Scorpio is applying sextile Mercury which is virtually stationary and about to go direct. Rewilding might fit that scenario. Rather boring to go for the favourite but that's my best shot. Belated congrats to PA for your correct forecast a couple of days ago. Getting the 1st and 2nd from a field of 16 was brilliant! Quote Fri Sep 10, 2010 8:54 pm
by PallasAthene Thank you Ficina, but they were joint favourites, so not that brilliant really! I just wish I had more consistency. And a forecast for 2 x 50/1 : ) Total Command sounds martian? with (very bright!) libra colours? Quote Sat Sep 11, 2010 12:14 pm
by Ficina Total Command sounds martian? with (very bright!) libra colours? Yes, I did wonder about Total Command for Mars but it didn't sound particularly Libran. However, I agree the colours fit. They look brighter on the screen than they do in real life (from memory). The pink and green are more pastel-like I think, so quite Venusian/Libran. At 33/1 it might be worth an each-way. 33 by PallasAthene 1st Arctic Cosmos (USA) 12/1 2nd Midas Touch 13/2 3rd Corsica (IRE) 40/1 Well done Vesta! 1st and 3rd.. at big odds, nice. And a place for me : ) although I didn't bet and I'd picked half the horses..lol Looks like Yuzuru was right about saturn.. but out of the names that seemed to be the only vaguley martian one and it was on the MC.. but it wasn't that planet anyway.. It was sun and not AC.. very educational! Quote Sat Sep 11, 2010 3:05 pm
