I've got a mass market historical romance novel coming out at the end of the month where real astrology--natal charts, transits, and even a horary reading, plays a major role in the plot. As a result readers are asking me how they can get their charts read.

I am not a practicing astrologer so in the US I recommend people find NCGR or AFA certified practitioners. I have been getting the same question from people in the UK but am not sure what to tell them.

Is there a commonly accepted certifying body for astrologers in the UK? Is there some simple way to help someone find a legitimate, trained practitioner who does phone consultations?

Mostly these are people who have never had their birth charts read who are experiencing strong transits (as who is not of late?)

Any help will be appreciated.
