I agree with others that the 1st is where you are now and the 7th is where you'd remove. The 4th seems relevant in either the town where you grew up or property involved in a move (selling a house, etc.).

One thing that hasn't been discussed is the description of significators. Whenever I look at a chart, especially if it's my own or someone I know well, I relate the symbolism in the chart to what I already know as well as what I think it's indicating (based on my astrological knowledge). In other words, does Sun in Virgo, Leo ASC, north east in direction, etc. describe your current location, and Saturn in Libra, Aquarius ASC (slightly more west of your current location) the one where you're going? There is an earth element and mutable quality affiliated with the first and air and cardinal quality with the second (especially since there is an air ASC also), which can have a lot of meaning in the enviornment.

Lilly, CA, Book I
Saturn is:
Deserts, Woods, obscure Vallies, Caves, Dens, Holes, Mountaines, or where men have been buried, Church?yards, &c. Ruinous Buildings, Cole?mines, Sinks, Dirty or Stinking Muddy Places, Wells and Houses of Offices, &c.

Libra is:
In the Fields it represents ground neer Winde-mils, or some stragling Barn or out-house, or Saw-pits, or where Coopers work or Wood is cut, sides of hils, tops of Mountains, grounds where Hawking and Hunting is used, sandy and gravelly Fiel is, pure dleer Ayre and sharp, the upper rooms in Houses, Chambers, Garrets, one Chamber within another.

Sun is:
Houses, Courts of Princes, Pallaces, Theators, all magnificent Structures being clear and decent, Hals, Dining?Rooms.

Virgo is:
It signifies a Study where Books are, a slocet, a Dairy-house, Corne-fields, Granaries, Malt-houses, Hay-ricks, or of Barley, Wheat or Pease, or a place where Cheese and Butter is preserved and stored up.

Etc.

I would think the air location was more remote (Saturn) and had stony ground/hills, etc. or maybe higher up, such as in an apartment. Moveable signs like Libra are also higher up, like lofts.

It's hard to find such correspondences between towns and signs. The only I can tell is that town A is a seaside big city on the west and town B is a much smaller town near a beautiful valley on east side....

The only correspondences I can think of is that town A is Uranus conj Jupiter in Pisces as a larger and modern city nearby the sea on the west (hence town A=DSC Aquarius=west) and town B is Sun in Virgo as a smaller town of province on the east (hence town B=ASC Leo=east).

But I am not so sure about the correspondences that I assumed because they put hometown A, where I come from, to be signified by DSC (house 7) and town B, where I want to move, to be signified by ASC (house 1)...that is the contrary from what we know that it's valid.

So I wonder once again if town B must be signified by Lord1 and House 1 just because I happened to be there (during a visit to search of rental appartment) when I asked the horary question...:???:
