Norway's largests Espionage Case - Reopened?

The case against Arne Treholt, who in 1985 was sentence to 20 years imprisonment for espionage for the KGB, is to be considered reopened - 25 years after. This announcement was made by the Criminal Cases Review Commission at a press conference held in Oslo at 15.00 CEST today 24. September 2010.

The decision was made after new evidence has shown it possible the Norwegian Special Police, POT, could have tampered with photographs and money evidence used to incriminate Treholt in 1983-84. Among other details, a small sticker that Treholts 5 year old son had attached to his fathers briefcase gave evidence to the possibility that police photographs had not been taken at the time claimed, namely august 1983, but manufactured at a later date. Treholt was arrested at Fornebu Airport on 20. January 1984. The case against him came was run in 1985 - and on 20. June 1985 he was found guilt for espoinage against his own country. After 8,5 years imprisonment he was pardoned by the Government Brundtland due to health reasons on 3.July 1992, whence he emigrated to Russia and later Cyprus.

In the chart of the announcement the Moon at 14AR09 applies by inconjunction to Mercury, L9, at 14VI48 and who is in his exaltation degree (Moon and Mercury are also joined by antiscia). Mercury is on the nonagesimal and square the radical ascendant.

I know this case is worthy of a lot of more detail and attention, I just want to point out that from my notes on the chart of Norway, when the case against Treholt was ran in 1985 transit Neptune was transitting radical Uranus at 2CP56. Now that the case is being reviewed 25 years later, the obvious eye-opener is transit Pluto at 2CP46.

Uranus in Capricorn the chart of Norway is in a tight sextile to his dispositor Saturn, who is 2PI52 and conjunct the Moon's South node. Maybe this as something to do with the failing evidence. Capricorn rules judges, jurys and the pro's and con's of the evidence. It is a slippery scale that is due to fall down one way or the other. Saturn in Pisces with the South Node could indicate something weak, false or forged and that leads to error.
