I posted this on horary tribe net and got wonderful helpful answers from Tanit,but still,I'd like to share this horary I made with you.

'' Ok,so this event happened...a year ago,maybe even more. My friend's father was a very wealthy lawyer, brilliant one at that,but known to usually defend the wrong crowd rather than the right one. if someone got acused of rape,his father would be the one that would say '' how much? '' and would defend him and he would have got out free etc,so a very good lawyer,just defending the guilty rather than the innocent. My friend was at his house the day he was murdered,he said he was sitting there,and his fathers phone rang..he said his dad went outside the room to talk,and when he got back he told my friend he has to leave now. my friend didn't want to because he wanted to stay with him and because his parents are divorced and it was his dad's turn to take him in for the week my friend and his sister spent 3 days a week with each parent ). so my friend declined first,but his dad rushed him out of the house. When he left, his dad turned off all the security cammeras he had in his home including the one that wa splaced outside to watch the driveway,where the hitman came from. 15 minutes or maybe earlier someone knocked on the door and planted two shots in his forehead,and left. everything was left intact. the only thing missing ,and that was never recovered to this day,was the cell phone. it was a professional hit,the man was never caught. they did have a suspicion on who the hitman could be though. two years earlier,in a town not far away, a family was found masacred. The father was an influential bussinessman,very,very,very rich,and he descided to settle his family down in a small town,even though they did have mansions and properties in other countries. One morning,they were found dead- him,his wife,their three children and both grandparents-the hit was also professional,so the police suspected the same hitman behind these two killings. I didn't ask any certain question,or ''who is the shooter'' since I don't believe it would have been of very much use..most likely some mafia connection,so I asked ''why did they kill my friends dad? ''.. I have video footages of when I was 3 years old and celebrating my 4th birthday,and my friend there as a 3 year old standing beside me in a little purple tuxedo carrying a present for me,and his dad sitting next to my mom while she cut the birthday cake so,yeah...I would like to know a little insight on him. I remember when I was little going to my friends house,but I can't remember his dad very well,he was usually very bussy and not home much,and had this,intimidating aura around him,but not intimidating in a bad way,just,strict,man of his words etc.

I find it intriguing when you said Jupiter ( moral purposes ) would be the reason,because when this first happene,that was what I told my mother,someone must have had it with his ''evil ways'' and wanted justice,I told my mother it was personal,that most likely someone couldn't take his mean deeds any longer...and looks like Jupiter confirms this,since the main reason why I asked the horary is to find out the reason. Don't know if I should look at my friends mother ( trust me,this is not easy for me to write ). She is either a Pisces or a Libra,and took the most crap in that marriage. as much cold,calculating, ruthless, selfish,mean,downright underhanded he was,she was the opposite. she was nice,kind,polite,sweet,mild,and he mostly took it out on her in the marriage. My mother told me that he insulted her,put her down,and well,was not the ''nice'' man with her everybody else saw him as,in the outside word.They fought a lot,and in the divorce,he teared her apart,producing all sorts of terrible lies against her,in short,in court he made her out to look like a crazy,mentally instable wifey on pills who doesn't take care of her children when in fact that was far from the truth,nor did she take any medication or sedatives that was a made up thing as well. in court she pretty much couldn't fight back,because she isn't the type to fight dirty,and she is a gentle soul,unlike him,so yeah,it was kind of uneven,and he pretty much won the case against her,sladering her image in court.when they divorced,it was settled that for the time being the children spend 3 days at their mothers house, 3 days at their father house. the divorce happened 3 -2 years earlier before the shooting though. after he was killed,the grandmother ( my friend's father's mother ) went crazy and acused my friends mother of doing this,my friends mother didn't even attend the funeral ( she didn't want to go,because she told my mother that the children are alreayd hurting a lot,and it would more hurt to everyone if she went to the funeral and the grandmother start screaming crazy '' I know you killed him ' things and she said that for everyone's peace on that sad day she would rather not attend. ) Maybe that's the Jupiter feel ''life would be better if he were gone '' whoever did it,must have felt Jupiter=luck=good fortune=justice would be served if he would be dead,Jupiter is strong in it's own sign,so perhaps the person felt strongly about this conviction. Libra and scorpio are not friends,rather they share an animocity or aversion towards each other,but him being in Libra somehow doesn't fit with his character,but maybe being in Libra caused him to behave worse than he does,and Venus was in Libra also,so maybe he was burning her up,making Venus afraid of him..however the Sun liked Venus ( no? ) ,if it's similar as the Saturn-Sun convo,the one in detriment likes the other one,but isn't happy about it. and whatever understanding whoever Venus was had, was gone once she passed into scorpio ( obessions,holding grudges,revenge,not forgiving,retro=going back to a previous mind state ) . Who could be Mars in the 4th house I wonder? is it also my friends father? ''

so I was wondering what do you all think of this horary and could maybe help shed some light on Venus,and the situation in general.

I do not feel confortable with this horary at all. The lesser of my problems with it is its potencial for empty speculation for a matter which we probably will never know the answer.

I wonder if this question is really radical. To be radical the problem should be of importance to you, and obviously is, but you should ask if you do feel that this matter can ever be answered. If you really feel that anything that this horary answer can be of real importance after all is said and done. If not, it will just be another chart like "who killed Kennedy".

Actually, I posed this horary in horary tribe net under the title '' why did they kill my friends father'' , not ''who'', I made a typing error here,so,since you are the Moderator,could you please turn the tittle into '' why''.
The lack of radicallity is because I've come to terms that noboy will truly ever know who did it since it's a professional hit hence I asked the ''why'' instead since the motive is what really bugs me. he wasn't a nice and honorable man at all but he didn't owe anybdy money,nore did anybodyowe him money, he had good relationship with his clients so...the Jupiter seems like the only logical explanation why someone would order a hit on him.

I use Equal Houses, whole signs, and I know that this is a lot of speculation, as yuzuru says, but I too would wonder whether the mother had anything to gain from the father's death. If we take the 11th as your friend, and the 8th as his father, his father's associates would be in Capricorn, the 6th. Saturn would be the associates' ruler, and Saturn is in his own exaltation, in Venus's term and sign, and Moon's face--this had something to do with a family commitment, and there was a family connection. Moon is even in Saturn's term and sign, Venus's face. While Venus is in her own detriment and retrograde. The wife is ruled by Mercury, which is in Venus's sign and combust--it's hard to see her role in this, but I feel positive it had something to do with the divorce. Mercury is even inconjunct Jupiter. Venus rules the wife's 2nd House, so she may have seen financial benefit from this move.

Well,I have news on this. I spoke to my mother and basically she said that everybody suspects the mother to be the guilty one just nobody can prove it. My mom said that ,before the divorce, my friends mother travelled to another country,lifted all the money from myfriends fathers bank acount and placed it on her name,then she broke in his law office and cracked the code of the safe, and took all the incriminating material in them and made photo copices,and black mailed him later. my mother says she is also a very greedy woman and money,money,money is all that is in her mind,the woman is a Libra btw so it fits with the malicious Venus here.
