Will I be threw off Incapacity Benefit? 1 by NeptuneMystic Hiya.... I asked the question at 15:48 thursday 28th April....' I have been on IB for 12 years...and now I have had to fill a form in...I will either get a reply back saying I am okay or that I will have to go for a medical....' I am worried because I live alone and fear that if I am threw off I will not be able to cope. I have got worse since I went on IB....and so would like to know if I will be threw off....and I would have to appeal....' So if anyone can help me this would be brilliant....' My date of birth is 19th June 1969 salford manchester UK at 5.30pm..... Also what does my chart show as well as the horary.... Sincerely And with thanks NeptuneMystic Quote Thu Apr 28, 2005 2:52 pm

3 by amandaW Could you clarify one of your statements.. when you say you fill in the form and the response comes back that you are ok - do you mean ok to stay on benefit or OK in health so you have to come off it? Quote Thu Apr 28, 2005 3:28 pm
IB....cont 4 by NeptuneMystic hiya.... I mean will it come back saying I will be okay I can stay on benefit... it might come back giving me a date for a medical...the last one letter a few years ago came back saying I was okay and did not need to go for a medical, hence I did not get thrown off my benefit...' So when I say will I be okay I am looking at the end result either through a letter or if I have to go for a medical by that result so either way it is one or the other.... 6 by Deb Unfortunately you?ve misunderstood the purpose of the forum NeptuneMystic. The guidelines explain that it has been designed to provide a platform of communication between astrologers who take responsibility for their own judgements, not to offer an interpretation service. Although I?m sorry that you are concerned about your problem, unless you know enough about horary to form your own judgment on your question and explain your reasoning (in which case members can comment on specific points), you would be better to consult with a practicing astrologer ? because this is a situation that is very personal to you and some of your fears probably deserve more attention than we can give to you here. I hope things work out well for you Deb Quote Sat Apr 30, 2005 11:18 am
IB.... 7 by NeptuneMystic Dear Deb.... Thank you for your reply. I am very interested in Horary myself....and would like with your permission for me to come back with the results....if I can stay on my benefit or if I cannot...' I would like to post the outcome here in this post, and I would love to understand the way the astrology of my question worked out....what was the deciding factors, etc....what houses, etc, etc....' Would this be okay as it would show me more of an insight into this fascinating astrological art. If not, I shall understand....' Sincerely.... NeptuneMystic Quote Sun May 01, 2005 10:37 am
8 by Deb Providing the emphasis is upon technique that seems fine. By determining the time and place of the question, you have taken on the role of astrologer, so you need to lead the interpretation really. Some pointers are that you are signified by the first house and its ruler Mercury; your ?invalidity? or ?incapacity? would be judged by the 6th house and its ruler, Saturn. Your income would be judged by the 2nd house and its ruler, Venus. And the Moon is very important as a co-ruler and for showing the general state of affairs. The position of Mercury on the 8th house cusp could be showing your fearful position or the dependency you have on ?other people?s money?. The Moon?s application to the square of Mercury will show some problem to be resolved. However, there is a positive application by sextile between Venus (2nd-ruler) and Saturn (6th-ruler), and the Moon is applying to the trine of the Sun, which I think gives you reason to be hopeful that the Incapacity Benefit will be maintained. I?ve only had time for a quick look and I?m sure there?s much more to be explored in this chart ? that?s just a snapshot opinion on some of the headline factors. Hopefully you?ll be able to make sense of it for yourself. Quote Sun May 01, 2005 11:39 am
9 by NeptuneMystic Dear Debs.... You say Mercury is ruler of the 1st house...is this because Virgo is rising...is Jupiter 2nd or 1st house....? Also I will let you know when I get a reply. Debs....can you recommend a beginners book on Horary please...this is real fascinating...' It is interesting my Mercury on the 8th house cusp...fear....' I will keep looking at this chart and learning from it...thank you for your valued time....' NeptuneMystic Quote Sun May 01, 2005 2:08 pm
10 by Sue There is an extensive amount of information about horary astrology on this website. If you go into the horary section and spend some time on the lessons you will find enough information to be able to read your chart. It is well worthwhile. To answer your questions, yes, Mercury is the ruler of the 1st house because Virgo is on the cusp. Jupiter is in the 2nd house. Any planet within 5 deg of a house cusp is read as being in the following house. Good luck. Quote Mon May 02, 2005 12:21 am
IB 11 by NeptuneMystic hiya... I am trying to find the "timing" of the way things will have unfolded - basically the time when I will be told I will be okay....' Saturn represents time so will the 10th house hold the key to this with Gemini and Cancer being at the top of the chart....or should I look elsewhere for timing....? Sincerely NeptuneMystic.... PS I still have not heard back since posting my form off about five weeks ago now....I am either going to be asked to go for a medical and it will be decided after that with a letter....or else I will just get a letter saying I am okay to stay on claiming my benefit....what I also now find interesting is that Incapacity Benefit is to be scrapped and replaced with either continuation at a higher rate of benefit or else back to work schemes....I was told I would not be thrown off so my guess going by the astrological data....would be that I continue recieving the benefit under a different name.....what do you all think especially about the timing....
