The reason I'm not open about my birth data is identity theft. I don't care if people know how old I am (I'm 62). I also realize that identity thieves don't usually scour the internet for single instances of birth data, but if I were such a thief, I would hang around astrology sites where people routinely share birth information. From there they can obtain or try to obtain a birth certificate (all it takes is a lazy clerk), and from there a social security number and so so on.

I generally use three or four methods of determining temperament to check each other. In most cases they come out pretty much the same. If two types are close, sometimes one might dominate with one method and another with a different one, but that doesn't bother me. Determining temperament isn't super precise. Yes I'm choleric and phlegmatic with the various methods - choler dominates somewhat but with Mars on the ASC, that's what you see.

If you use the Lord of the Geniture in determining temperament, mine is a bit of a problem. I have two very strong planets that could claim the title, using one makes me more phlegmatic (but I don't have the body type), the other more choleric.

I noticed Americans are particularly worried about identity theft.I got my data in facebook and heard it`s dangerous, but I got no things like account numbers or anything related to possessions that anyone can steal. I dont know how it really works in reality but I`m considering removing my FB account

Getting your identity swiped is like being struck by lightning: the odds are against it, but they're still odds and it can happen. Why push the envelope on this one?

My son is in the Army and works in computer security among other things. He tells me that each little bit of information is a piece of the puzzle. Give them enough information and they get enough of the puzzle to do something with it. Usually IDs are stolen with phising scams, or other ways of duping the unwary. But volunteering vital information is not the best way to protect yourself. I'm not worried about Skyscript members, but anyone can peruse this site.

I was wondering: If Mars or other planet risng in 12th house but close to the risng degree still shows Mars traits in the native, but Mars risng in the following sign, which would place it in 2nd house in Equal or WSH system doesnt show any particular traits of the planet, then that would be evidence quadrant systems work better

funny, Christopher Lee is shown here as an example of Uranian individualism. He strikes me as Saturnine with his poker face.
And Saturn rises in Libra.

Actor G. Jackson embodies the Mars archtype in my view. I saw him in many films.
He is one example that whole sign houses dont fit too well with reality. His Mars would be in house 2 in this system.
Maybe there are no houses, only angles. Ptolemy talks about angles, but as far as I know nothing is mentioned regarding houses
