Living in an Oil Tank

Neptune is transiting the cusp of my 4th house, so maybe that is why I feel so attracted to this picture that shows how a guy who bought an Oil Tank on the small island Skorva, in Lofoten, Norway, 68 North, converted it into a recreation residence!

In the late 80's I spent 18 months a little North of this place that is deprived by Sunlight in the midst of Winter, but which has so much else to offer. A friend of mine moved to Troms? and won't leave.

Now what would you look for in the chart of a person who lives in a place like this?
Any suggestions?
