Question....will I be successful first time round if I go into my driving lessons?

I am 35....and have decided to look more into learning to drive....' I have loss of hearing in left ear but not total loss, and the right ear also is dropped a frequency.

I will be interested to look at this chart if someone can put it on here for me.....and also give me some insight and a kick start in where to look....' my date of birth 19th June 1969 salford manchester.....

This kind of questions can be very tricky !
As you said, I can interpret as an 3rd (driving) and 10th (success) encounter.
Or maybe, is an 11th house subject (to gain freedom, to be release, to receive an gift or wish) !
Or maybe is an health question ? "Will I overcome my hearing problems to learn to drive ? In this case maybe the 6th is of great importance.

Havent look at the chart yet, came back from trip today, will try it another time :-D

Surely we're thinking of the 9th house? You're learning something which is above basic education and will culminate in a test. The success of the driving lessons would be passing the test.

when the question was asked....it was more of a question that was asking would I be a success first time around....really a direct question will I drive?

I agree with Kim to an extent, but also I think 2nd house shows our skills and since driving is also about skill, then perhaps this also needs to be taken into account. In addition the 'authorities' who assess you and issue (hopefully) the certificate of passing the test would presumably be 10th house.

Looking at the chart, the second house cusp is at 17 Libra, with Venus very strong in Taurus, so you possess the skills. However Venus is under beams - you are perhaps a bit overwhelmed by these authorities! Also 10th house ruler is Mercury which opposes the 2nd cusp and there is a Uranus kicking around 2nd cusp by antiscion too. Also there is a spattering of 11th houseiness here. The Sun rules the 11th and is opposite Neptune by antiscion - are you deceiving yourself that you can pass FIRST time? Venus by antiscion is close to the 11th house cusp and part of fortune. The Part of Fortune shows 'the treasure we seek' and also, in my experience, what 'trump card' do we have tucked up our sleeve that we can use to get what we want. So 2nd house ruler beside the Part of Fortune perhaps does show you have the skills to pass, but again the thought that you may have enough of it to pass first time may be idealistic.

Also the Moon is Void of Course - I think on this alone I might be forced to say 'not first time'.

But please prove me wrong - I failed first time and HOW disheartening it was too!!

thank you for your insights into this....I would love to be able to drive. I get very focused and look more into it but it is more theoretical when it comes to it I feel overwhelmed and would avoid confrontation. I know this may sound odd but being an unassertive person I would fear other drivers....

So I think the answer is correct at this time anyway...but who knows one day I just might win through....'

Can you explain the void of course moon...I know it is when it is progressing into the next house and so has no effect upon a question asked. Was the moon void of course in my question about being threw off incapacity benefit. Any chance you could look at that and tell me what you see...it is in this same forum....

Hi,

The Void of Course Moon is a difficult definition to get precisely correct because there seems to be a little ongoing debate from the different schools of thought about its correct interpretation.

I would interpret it, that if the Moon is not going to perfect any aspect or conjunction before it moves into the next sign, then it is Void of Course. Here, an aspect is only the ptolemaic aspects which are sextile, square, trine and opposition, plus the conjunction which is technically not termed an aspect.

Some people say that if the Moon becomes within orb of an aspect before it leaves the sign then it is not Void of Course and some people also talk about whether the Moon is still within orb of a previous aspect it is not Void of Course. Also, some people would say that the Moon is Void of Course if she is not within orb of any applying aspect even though an aspect will still perfect before she moves to the next sign.

How about a discussion and comparison about what we all term 'Void of Course' Moon. I would like to hear other people's opinions as I have often found it confusing.

Regarding your previous question, I see that you had an answer from Deb, who pointed out the purpose of this forum, to exchange ideas and learning, rather than interpret charts for people. The Moon in this previous chart was not void of course as she was going to make aspects before moving to the next sign.
