By the way, the Moon conjoins Mercury, the North Node and Pluto all by antiscia at the end of the sign it is in. Interesting, uh?

Well, lets just wait. I will surely throw a party when this happens.

Gsloer is of course the astrologer and should hold to his/her own judgment, plus we do have Saturn in the 7th affecting our judgment (probably because of the knowledge that the question is assuming much and is a repeat horary).
The horary charts with a planet in cazimi are quite rare, as this happens only a few days per year.
The Moon is cazimi once a month. I don't personally have any spectacular charts with cazimi planets, but perhaps others do. I have seen various planets in other forums, and believe I was cazimi Mercury for a job chart once before and I did not get the job. In any case, I don't see any indication by the ancients that a cazimi planet negates other difficult influences in a chart, especially when cadent, which is assumed to be a lack of movement more so than anything (for good or bad).

My main issue with the chart is Jupiter quite slow and with Markab, afflicted by Mars (it is separating but still ever present). Mars is angular, out of sect and peregrine, which tends to be destructive (it's in the 10th house of the matter inquired). You mentioned being fired, and I don't see how this influence shows this as a matter of the past entirely. If it were, I don't think Mars would be so destructive. I realize Jupiter tends to mitigate malefic influences, but it is accidentally afflicted via being so slow (and probably because of Markab). Since the MC is mutable, perhaps there is a different opportunity coming vs. the old job. There is no indication of retrograde movement, which is so common in a return of something. Jupiter is expansive for new opportunities, not old ones. That doesn't seem to be of his nature to me. In any case, I hope those of us who aren't seeing it are wrong. Good luck!

Thanks, Tanit. I think the positive testimonies outweight any potentially negatives. In any case, Mercury in the 10th indeed will go retrograde next week, and the Moon conjoins Mercury by antiscia before leaving the sign of Sagitarius. Mercury in this chart is Lord 4th (end of matter) and Lord 7th (relocation), exactly what i think it was. As a result of this job I will be relocating back to where I was, but at a higher position.

Mercury is the natural significator of paperwork (contracts). Thus a retrograde Mercury would show exactly what I have in mind.

... and the POF conjuncts the ASC!

and Jupiter is LEAVING Markap, already 30 mins past it..!

I also found this, here in this site, paraphrasing Ptolomeous:

When the sun and moon conjoin, "The nature of the eclipse is found by its planetary ruler and the prominent fixed stars of the time. The Lord of the eclipse is that planet which has most dignities and relationships by aspect to the degree of the eclipse and the following angle (i.e., the MC if the eclipse falls in the 7th, 8th or 9th house, the Asc. if it falls in the 10th, 11th or 12th)."

Therefore, this Moon-Sun conjunction at 13 deg Sagitarius on the 9th is ruled by Jupiter, and when that happens,

"Jupiter ruling the eclipse indicates peace, prosperity, fertility, happiness and abundance. Bodily and spiritual health is improved, the population is increased, laws are executed with justice, and there is generosity from governments to people. The weather is beneficial for farming with a predominance of temperate, moist winds and gentle showers. In nativities, this eclipse promises fame, prosperity, health and peace of mind."

I think all this information should suffice.

Lets just wait and see what hapens.

[quote="Paul"]Why not? The Moon apsects Saturn before perfecting its aspect with Jupiter. Is that not frustration? How do you define frustration then?[quote]

I didnt respond to this one so i do now.

First, here we have a sextile, a friendly aspect. Now, even if it had been a sqaure, it would depend on the strength of the other significators. On a different chart where a sextile to Saturn interposed itself before a sextile to Venus, for example, then that would be frustration. In any case, aspects do not override conjunctions. Here both the Sun and the Moon will conjojn Mercury by antiscia.

Second, in any case it always depend on the context: the strength of the planets. Having the MC ruler well dignified on the ASC is too strong to override by a sextile to an exalted planet, even if it is Saturn. If Saturn were in detriment, this would signify trouble in the path, but wouldnt override the positive testimonies of the rest of the chart.

By the way, also noted that retrograde Mercury will square Jupiter later on this month, from Sagitarius. It all points to an excellent outcome. Will keep you posted.

Okay.
I guess we'll have to wait and see. The point I was arguing wasn't that it was a no necessarily, just that I didn't see the strong yes that you did. If you accept that squares are more difficult than sextiles (which you do when it applies to avoiding frustration), then I'm not sure why you would consider the application of the Moon to Jupiter by square 'stronger' than an application by the Moon to Saturn by Sextile - I guess perhaps because the slower moving planet receives the Moon? Really, for me, it's that reception that is the best thing in the chart (as opposed to the cazimi moon etc).
Jupiter angular and domicile and receiving the moon's application after Saturn is the strongest testimony toward succss I think, the application of Moon to Saturn as soon as it leaves cazimi and enters combustion seems difficult and negative to me, especially when Saturn is so much more powerfully placed than the Moon will be when it pefects. Moon will be combust, cadent and lacking strong dignity, whereas Saturn is exalted and angular so has more accidental as well as essential dignity. However, I'm willing to believe that all this just adds up to Saturn having a 'delaying' influence upon things and that that is what the 'frustration' refers to, rather than a destruction of the perfection of Moon and Jupiter, it might simply just referring to a strong delay between their perfections.

In other words I've not said anywhere that this chart shows a no, but I just don't think it shows the strong yes that you're saying. Considering the aspects perfect by square, after aspecting a powerfully placed Saturn, the statement "The chart couldnt be any more wonderful", just seems a little optimistic to me. This is a chart with a cadent querent and angular malefics and an application by square after aspecting one of those malefics. I could think of a lot of ways it could be more wonderful because of that. Which isn't to say it'll be a no, but we're already at the deadline you were thinking of for getting this job so perhaps this is all just showing a delay to the perfection of Moon and Jupiter which would make sense for Saturn.
