Aries line-up 2011

It might be due time to start looking towards the spectacular line-up of planets that is due to occur in Aries in April 2011. In one sense the action starts at the Vernal equinox as the Sun alligns with Uranus, but it will be the New Moon on April 3. that will be the centre of all attention. Not only does the lunation line up with the opposition between the superiours Jupiter and Saturn, but there will be a total of six planets in the sign of Aries; Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupitier and Uranus. If you include Saturn who is 13LI55 and tightly opposite the New Moon at 13AR30, then 7 planets are expressed within an orb of 23 degrees.

On way of viewing the constellation is in terms of the exciting events due Britain, and with Saturn in Libra - the Royal Wedding, but also the interesting discussion due to peak in conjunction with the Wedding concerning a reorganizing of priorities and offices. Who will take over the heir after Elizabeth?

Astro*Cartography Another way of exploring the constellation by studying an Astro*Cartography for the New Moon on April 3. As may be seen in the chart the powerful line-up of Sun, Moon, Jupiter and Saturn will be located on the Meridian of the East coast of Japan.

That also goes straight through Papua New Guinea and Australia. With all the activity in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea is definitely worth watching Looks like Greenland and Brazil are on the other end of that line as well.

I'm thinking with the volcanic activity in Iceland this year, that you will see a short spurt of Ice Growth in the North this winter, might not last long, but Definitely something to consider, especially since Greenland is on the Jupiter end of that opposition which looks to be the heavy end of the line up. so maybe .... well its a thought. Volcanic dust in the atmosphere does make for a bit of a cool down for about a year, sometimes longer over the area affected, which is most of the North and a lot of EU.

Although there hasn't been any activity in this thread for nearly two months, I think this subject is worth exploring.

What do you make of the April 2nd chart below - Moon at 29 '21 Pisces in precise square to the December 21, 2010 lunar eclipse; in near conjunction to tr. Uranus at 1 '13 Aries with tr. Mars at 0 '10 Aries right at the mid-point (six minute orb). Hopefully we can get a conversation going on this. It's quite dramatic....

There are some compelling reasons why this may be a subject of interest. We are currently undergoing a similar repetition of eclipses to that of the summer of 2001, but in reverse. Note the precise alignment (no orb) of the July 2001 Lunar Ecl. to the Jan 2011 Solar Eclipse (13 '38 Capr.). Also note the midpoint/Mars placement in the April 2nd chart depicted above - it precisely squares the June 21, 2001 eclipse?..
