Same ruler for querent and quesited ?

1
Hello,

I did a horary for a job I might get, though it was quite confusing. Now this is my first post and I am not looking for my chart to be judged, I wanna ask what do you do when you get the same rulers ?

Frawley says you might take the ruler of the sign after, though I don't really agree with that.

Also, Lilly says if you have south node in the 10th, as I do, the chart is not fit to be judged.

So, south node in the 10th plus same ruler for me and for the job, was that question just asked at the wrong time ?

In any case, what to do when the ruler is the same ?

Thanks

Also, Lilly says if you have south node in the 10th, as I do, the chart is not fit to be judged.
In Lilly's 43 Considerations he says:
3. The position of Saturn or Mars in the 10th, and they peregrine or unfortunate, or the South Node in that house, the Artist hardly gets credit by that Question.

43. Beware of men or things appertaining to the house wherein the South Node is. It seldome fails that the querent shall receive damage, scandal, or slander from men and matter signified by the house he is in.
So you see that in the first quote he says that the artist, meaning the astrologer, will not get credit for his/her reading by the querent or others that the querent shares the chart with, which is not the same thing as lacking readability or rootedness ("radicality"). In the second he states that the house in which it is placed will represent trouble or damage/scandal - the 10th is a public house which is why it can bring a lack of credit for the astrologer.
