He wouldn't be far wrong. In my opinion, Porto - Villarreal is one of those games where the home team is slightly favoured only because they are at home. Villarreal are 4th place in a very strong league and defeated the Dutch champions, FC Twente, 8 -2 over two games in the last round. If we look to Porto's tie against Sevilla (a team below Villarreal in La Liga) in an earlier round of the Europa League, they only went through that round due to "away goals", so I feel the odds given to this game by the bookies were more of a financial decision than an accurate reflection of the teams' respective abilities.
