In which way would a tropocentric and a heliocentric return differ in terms of our understanding of the planet? No native can experience a Neptune return, so it doesn't bear meaning in the same sense as a Saturn return, but it could be relevant historically, collectively or in the chart of a nation. A few words on this topic would be interesting, but do probably belong at the mundane section.

The impossibility of a native to experience a Neptune return could in a modern way support the traditional astrologers position not to use this planet. However, what to do with primary directions which period is 360 (or 365 .25) years and also impossible to experience its return for natives. Perhaps the pd's could be experienced (and therefore grasped, understood) because of the traditional planets involved are understandable, therefore discerning slow planets from pd's.

I've been pondering on the indication of the slow planets, and have some thoughts on it. I'm not sure if this is the good direction, but just some ideas. Perhaps they could be 'semi-personal' though, instead of purely mundane. I'm thinking of industrial (family) companies raised in the 1800s or something like a family saga which last for several generations and then end because of bankruptcy, decadence or extinction of descendants.
