Let or sell 1 by Dolly Hi We have a property that we not sure about and I wondered if someone could give me an opinion on it. Is it better to sell it or continue to let it out. It keeps costing us money after every let and wonder if economically we should cut our ties with it. This chart says to me "don't make any hasty decisions" but its not clear on the keep it or sell it front. Will it get better. This is not my main home by the way. 1 August 2011 Buckingham 1W 52N Time 9:37 am Hope you can give me any clues Dolly Quote Tue Aug 02, 2011 3:09 pm
2 by Seiko According to my software, the ASC is in Virgo (21?29'). If that is the case, Mercury rules both L1 and L10. Mercury is in its own sign but it is coming to a station and will retrograde back out of his sign into Leo where it will be immediately under the sunbeams. So the price of the property (L10) will go from so-so (in the 12th house) to worse in the nearest future so if you think sell do it now. Or, b) you will change your mind, since Mercury is L1. Secondly, L1 beholds L7 and normally should perfect the trine aspect with Jupiter (L7) but as I said it slows down and becomes Rx so the aspect never happens that's why IMHO letting it out will not do you any good. L7 is cadent in the 9th and peregrine so it's not going to be helpful in any way in the first place. Moon translates the light from the antiscion of Jupiter to Mercury but since it happens in the 12th house (and in the Detriment of Jupiter), you are harming yourself with it (the 12th house). It's just two random points. I'm sure someone will give you a more educated opinion. Quote Tue Aug 02, 2011 4:51 pm
3 by Dolly Hi Seiko Thanks for your reply No the ascendant is 21 degrees 39 minutes Virgo in the chart Firstly what does IMHO mean? Secondly so are you saying don't let it out because if we do it won't turn out OK - more trouble and expense Or sell it now quick before price deteriorates - is this correct As the chart has Sagittarius on the 4th is the property in a good state of repair or will it need more repairs Dolly Quote Wed Aug 03, 2011 8:29 am

The only problem (IMHO ) is that Sun (L12) makes an aspect to your property. Plus, the dispositor of your property (and tenants - is that the correct word for them? Sorry, English is not my first language) (Venus) is combust and applying to Sun which is worse. H12 represents self-destruction among other things - so I say if you and your tenants (whatever) are careful and do not cause any damage to the property by your/themselves (Leo is a fire sign need I say more) then the property will not change its state any time soon. 5 by Seiko According to Frawley, though, if the significator of the property is peregrine, the state of the property is not very good and it's getting worse because a peregrine planet tend to be malicious. (From "The Horary Textbook") Anyway, this is not an exact science where someone can tell you "on the scale from 1 to 10, it is 7" or something like that. The question was 'Let or sell', the answer IMHO is "Sell". Quote Wed Aug 03, 2011 1:22 pm
6 by Dolly Hi Seiko Thank you for your post - I am using a free programme off the web for my charts - I see you come from Latvia - did you know we have a thing called British Summer Time which is in operation now - which means you have to take 1 hour off the time of the chart - it makes a small difference - perhaps that's why your chart is different to mine. By the way I wonder which bit of the property is deteriorating - any clues. Thanks for clarifying IMHO - seen it loads of time - thought it was about time I asked. 7 by Seiko About the time - come on, it's the 21st century, I'm not doing it by hand or anything otherwise I wouldn't be doing it at all. I have absolutely no reason to doubt the program I'm using whatsoever. About the deteriorating bits - do you think I'm William Lilly or something? I can't possibly give you every single detail. I can tell you this much - Jupiter in Taurus and in aspect with an accidental Infortune (L12) Sun. Earth signs = floor, foundation etc Fire signs = heating, walls. Peace out. 8 by Dolly Hi Seiko Blast and I thought you were - Lilly incarnate! Yes, I think you are right the last tenant complained about damp (didn't have anything to do with not opening windows or drying washing on radiators or ventilating the bathroom of course - always someone or something else's fault) Anyway consequently a previously dry house has developed mould on walls - perhaps this is the heating - walls thing you state. Can't believe it is the heating system - its a brilliantly snug house so its got to be the walls. Seriously though sorry if I offended - have a habit of mouth in gear brain detached!
