No. The problem is there are too few. Especially mundane ones. It is impossible to follow everything. Yes if someone looked they would see, but what would make them look at Libya in the first place? I've even been there and it is still too insignificant for me to concern myself with.

Unless someone specialised in all the arabic nations or just by serendipity happened to pick Libya at random, why would they look particularly at Libya for 2011?

Considering that the rebel forces entered Green Sq so easily, and then consequently taking over much of Tripoli it felt safe to assume that this point would mark the eventual demise and liberation from the Gaddafi regime. Whether that heralds a positive wind for the western world (or for Libya) remains to be seen, it is quite likely to be, if not taken over, at least influenced by Islamic extremists.

Mars then moves on to square Libya's Saturn thus we can expect some remaining resistance.

That MA/SA sq is exact tomorrow (Aug 24th), I strongly suspect that the seperation of this aspect by mars will result in the cessation of Govt control of Tripoli and that resistance will then peter out over the forthcoming days.

Bi wheel below certainly difficult to read but here goes using Septars. The example is for day Rebs invaded Tripoli.

Outer wheel is current 9th Septar for 1951 Libya chart. The chart uses whole sign houses. Look around the wheels you can see the calculated Asc and MC but this being a sign based system they are of little importance when spinning the wheel.

The inner wheel is chart when Aquarius took over 7 month sub rulership. Read that chart or inner wheel from Aquarius as first house.

Significators taken from main septar chart are 7H that being Aquarius and also 4H Scorpio as it is opposite 10H, those in power. Either of these signs should be 10H when spinning wheel to time the event.

Leo rises in main Septar chart. It rules from 2007 to 2014. With Leo rising one might take a guess Aquarius represents the opposing team. Aquarius took over 7 month sub period rulership June 23 2011 and rules until Jan 2012. Invasion Aug. 22/23 took place with Aquarius ruling. Spinning the wheel from Aquarius to the date Tripoli was invaded the 10th house sign from Aquarius should rule that time period and it did.

Scorpio took over Aug 17, 2011 00:02:45 Gmt Sun 23Le46 25 for the next 17.5 degree days. The rulers on date of invasion Aug. 22/23 2011 Le/Aq/Sc. Game set and match.

Leo the seven year ruler, Aquarius the seven month ruler and Scorpio 17.5 degree division ruler during Aquarius seven month rule. So with a major event taking place, invasion of Tripoli, the 10th sign from Aquarius took over. Scorpio of course the 4th from Leo. Aquarius Scorpio the two significators listed above.

Not much need to go further but I will look at transits.

Active transits should be Sun, Saturn and Mars and or transits to them.

This post is about the news Gaddafi's wife and children due to ongoing circumstances in Libya now exiled to Algeria.

Chart above, outer ring the main Septar for Libya. Date taken and time frame it rules at top left. Inner wheel is chart when Aquarius took over the 7 month period. That date listed bottom left. Aquarius rules from June 2011 to January 2012. On Aug. 17, 2011 Aquarius distributed the time to Scorpio. Meaning, Scorpio took over the 17.5 degree day division until September 4 2011. So for this post example the rulers, Le Aq Sc.

During the current Scorpio period it distributes the time by 1d27m29.9s division to all the sign house. That means on Monday August 29, 2011 at 02:40:02 GMT it distributed the time to Gemini. Looks like this Le Aq Sc Ge.

Gemini from Scorpio is the 8H the end of Gaddafi?s wife and children's life in Libya?

Reading chart from Aquarius then Gemini is the 5H of children. With Venus Mars in house, this also a hint to the separation of husband and wife being 8H from Scorpio, see lines above. Also just read that one of the daughters had a child.

Gemini, ruler for the day and a half division gives power - to act - to the 10H from Gemini, that being Pisces. Some have said Neptune may be connected to being Exiled. In same sign house - Pisces - with the planet representing wife and mother, Moon, it looks like he - Neptune - gave them the boot.

By longitude the distance Moon Neptune looks pretty far. That gives no hint to timing this event. Yet a closer look at the Aquarius 7 month chart Speculum says different. In the Aquarius chart, the inner wheel, Moon Neptune are in second house meaning we might take a look at their OA to get a hint - and I didn't before hand - when he gave Moon the boot. I was preoccupied trying to find a hint to end of this matter or Gaddafi.

Moon have an OA Oblique Ascension of 352 27, Neptune 340 45 the difference 11d42m. Counting from Aug 21 when Scorpio took over the 17.5 division, this would bring us to Sunday night Aug. 28. Report said wife and children arrived in Algeria 08:45 AM on the 29th.

Here is the chart for the Declaration of Liberation by the new Libyan government.
It would have been useful to have the time for the death of Gaddafi but it seems unlikely that will ever materialise. Pending a new constitution for Libya this looks like the best we have to go on.

There are already some concerns about the fundamentalist tone of the new interim Prime Minister. He has already declared Sharia (Islamic law) will form the exclusive basis of the new legal system. This sounds less inclusive than the new Tunisian elections where even the Islamic party embraces a more moderate approach that will respect all faiths.
