US job report - no new jobs

1
The US job report came in today Friday 7. July at 12.30 GMT.

The Moon was VOC at 19LI21 and within a degree of the fall of the Sun. Analysts were looking for 105.000 new jobs - but there were no new jobs with this Moon. 18.000 was the figure and that is only 17% of what was expected. European markets plumeted 2% on the release of News.

The Moon was coming off the body of a slow Saturn, who is closely joined to the fixed star Vindemiatrix.

Markets plunge downward

I should probably add a note about this at the Sports and Speculation department:

Although a significant earthquake in San Fransisco did not manifest as warned at the leading Norwegian financial website Hegnar Online on April 4., a top to the financial markets (ie. the Norwgian benchmark) did occur to the very date as warned in this article on April 6. and the market has been auctioning lower since.

Hi Andrew,

Here is what I got from google translate:
Astrologer warns of a possible correction and increased seismic activity in San Francisco.

Article by: Stein Ove Haugen (Reuters - 04/04/11 2:55 p.m.)

Astrologer warns of two critical dates - The world economy is in a delicate balance. Money will be moved and budgets to be negotiated. Does not the solitaire is a correction in the cards, writes Andrew Bevan, QHP, DMS Astrol, on his website.

Bevan points out in addition that the full moon on 18 April may lead to increased seismic activity in San Francisco.

In addition, it should be taken on days 25 to 27. April, which is 45 to 47 days after the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

The areas surrounding Japan is still at risk and you should also keep an eye on Korea and the Philippines. South America with Guyana, Brazil and Argentina are for various reasons, also in focus.
So are you picking up these locations from Astro*Cartography? I dont know about earthquakes but I am currently looking at extreme weather conditions with these cycles combined:

1 Lunation cycle (esp New/Full Moons)
2 Perigee/Apogee of Moon (the apsidal cycle)
3 Declination extremes of the Moon
4 Times of Moon crossing the celestial equator or ecliptic

Interesting we saw the markets drop dramatically across Europe today. The Moon was close to its maximum declination south today. I am currently experimenting with the idea of some link with extreme declinations and weather/market volatility. I haven't looked at seismic activity yet but it seems worth a look too. Of course many astrologers have also studied the effects of the lunation cycle and perigee/apogee extremes of the Moon on market volatility.

Here is an interesting piece:

Google translator... Oh dear! :(

Here is a better reading:
The Astrologer warns in April: The Astrologer warns of a possible correction ('to the financial markets') and increased seismic activity in San Francisco.

'- The world economy is in a delicate balance. Money will be moved and budgets negociated.
If probems are not solved, a correction is in the cards.'
The article was published at Hegnar Online on April 4. The Norwegian benchmark peaked (and formed a lower top, which is a bearish indication in itself) on April 6. It can be argued that is took some time before pessimism returned to the market, but this is still the key date and the turning point.

Regarding the seismic predictions, Mark; Well, the activity did not occur. While this might seem like a failure, it need not necessarily have to be the case, because there could still have been reason to monitor for such activity and take certain precautions under the understanding that several circumstances indicated 'a larger likelihood' for such an event occurring. Having experienced that the quake did in fact not occur, I could still argue for my astrological reasoning - meaning that the warning was not something I just took out of the air, but that there was a rationale that gave upspring to my reasoning. There were several calculations at work. One was trying to connect a drift of seismic activity as it progressed through time and by location. The other was trying to understand a build up of astrological significations over SF, which becomes apparent either when calculating local charts for the current eclipses and lunations, or observing these lines through Astro*Cartography charts.

In terms of having warned a possible earthquake to San Francisco and a correction to the financial markets in the media, to discover that the earthquake did not occur but the financial markets peaked and have fallen since. - Well, that works for me!

In comparison, on February 24. I was guest in a Norwegian talkshow called 'Showman' (Link). The TV-host suprized me 'On Air' and asked "Can you predict an earthquake?" I backed out and said my focus was not on that side of the table at the moment, but on my website I had got it in black and white that Japan should be kept and eye on. Two weeks later and Japan was hit by an 8,8 Richter sized earthquake. Now how come I was not more specific while I was in the limelight and what would the consequences have been?

I think that if you say up front that astrology isn't best when done on the fly, but if you ask me such questions a day or so in advance I can look about and see if anything looks likely, gives you a better chance of giving out accurate info, OR You can note the most often asked questions by news media are in relation to particular leaders, natural disasters, and gee do you see anything for me? either money or love. and prepare a few things in advance, but really when they ask you on the fly like that one is more likely to make mistakes I think, also Ca gets quakes on a daily basis, so one really ought to look more at is a disaster likely in the near future, rather than looking specifically for quakes IMO, but then I live here and so I look at it a bit differently. :) we seem to be getting a mirror in disasters between the western coast of South America and the Eastern Coast of japan and Indonesia lately, frankly I think its mirrored points on the ring of fire. anyway. just a few thoughts.

Undeniably true. Dont forget New Zealand too which is on the ring of fire. The challenge though is identifying where next along the ring of fire and when. Of course earthquake activity is happening all the time. However, several factors can mitigate their effect. Apart from their varying magnitudes the actual location of the earthquake can be deep under the earth or close to the surface and therefore less/more direct in impact. With Alaska and Argentina having had earthquakes only in the last week it seems that just about everywhere has had a significant hit along the ring of fire in the last couple of years except western Canada and the mainland USA.

The odds have surely got to be thinning on a more significant earthquake on the western coast of the USA before too long. Interestingly, though we have had the largest earthquake east of the Rocky Mountains (USA) in nearly 70 years in Virginia recently:
