Zanzibar disaster 1 by daz madrigal Chart set for 29 August, New Moon, Zanzibar, Tanzania. Nep/DC and Chiron/DC cross at the point where ferry ran into difficulties. 2 by daz madrigal Chart for approx time of disaster. Note that #Gem ASC ruler is now exactly #opp#Nep#Chi #Mer in 3rd of short journeys/ferry and opp #Nep#Chi conjunct and crucially the midpoint in 9th of voyages. Also noticeable is that the upcoming Full Moon set for Zanzibar has #Sun#Mon exactly across MC/IC axis and sq Nodes (all within 2 degree). Nodes at time of disaster are sextile and them move on to square SU/MO & MC/IC axis at forthcoming full moon phase (set for Zanzibar). In the F.Moon chart Denebola and Shaula (both unfortunate fixed stars indicating drownings and catastrophe whilst travelling). Sabians also warn of importance of "showing utmost respect to Mother Nature" (these ferries are often severaly overloaded to maximise profits). >:( G Mad Daz's Place, quiet but never boring http://pinkmelon.proboards82.com/index.cgi Quote Sun Sep 11, 2011 11:27 am
3 by Andrew Bevan Daz, in the Astro*Cartography map, why is it that Chiron and Netpune that are 3 degrees separated by zodiacal longitude, and are located on the same axis of the descendant - why is it that their lines cross at a point which appears to be approximately 7 degrees south of the equator? It is a technical question, but it could be worth an explaination so we better understand the astronomy/astrology of the Astro*Cartographics. The lines of the luminaries, the new moon, do not follow one another along the ascendant, either. Is this because you are using a true latitude method? http://www.astronor.com Quote Tue Sep 13, 2011 6:04 pm
4 by daz madrigal Hi, can you put up your ACG map so I can compare it? Mad Daz's Place, quiet but never boring http://pinkmelon.proboards82.com/index.cgi Quote Wed Sep 14, 2011 5:02 pm
5 by daz madrigal As with the New Moon you can also see the emphasis on the angles with the Full Moon 12 Sept. I'm not going to go into great detail but you can see the nodes are square Sun/MO and the aforementioned critical Nep/CH is in 3rd of short journeys/ferry. Again the journey is underlined by the sabian degree for the Sun which is strongly related to travel & movement. Also with very similar chart is nearby Kenya which suffered two tragedies on day of full moon, one an attack on a tourist couple with one dead and his wife - still - kidnapped and on the same day a pipeline explosion that has so far killed 95 people. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/se ... s-analysis Mad Daz's Place, quiet but never boring http://pinkmelon.proboards82.com/index.cgi Quote Thu Sep 15, 2011 11:16 am

This chart is no way as elegant as your, but it does show the planetary lines as they are projected along the ecliptic. Chiron not included. Rats! But the Sun and Moon are joined along the ascendant as one. http://www.astronor.com Quote Thu Sep 15, 2011 2:22 pm
