The problem of colours and houses 1 by Hariolus You know, as explained in Deborah's article on the topic, that unfortunately we have a problem with houses 2, 8, 9 and 12 in the Lilly correspondences since a distinct word for "blue" didnt existed at the time in the English language. Very probably one is gonna be light green, other dark green, then sky blue, and lastly some kind of darker blue or purple I guess. To some extend we have a problem too with 6 being noted vaguely as "any dark colour". So I just wanted to ask the experienced astrologers here, rather horariest, whether they have some informed guess about it, in terms for example of a person who appears to solve the issue and has clothes of a colour or things like that ? la Lilly. Anything will be better than nothing for me, at least sorting out green and blue. My interest on this, apart from astrology, is that I am a mnemonist and want to have a code relating colours to numbers, I can do it at base more than decimal, as it allows me to codify information on colour of a mass of things, so I thought I d rather use this houses-colours array and thus learn it at the same time. Thanks (if I get a reply, that I doubt it, ) We have 1 white 3 orange 4 red 5 brown 7 black 10 pink 11 yellow Quote Fri Sep 16, 2011 5:08 pm
