You're right The fact is that I had posted a chart this morning asking whether a person coming to see the part of of my house I have put out for sale, would be the buyer.

Since this went out afterwards, I just omitted to specify

Feedback: My house has been subdivided into four units. Presently I am selling two but although the place is beautiful and the price fair, I seem to have difficulties in finding the buyer.

I thought that perhaps, buying the lot would be more appealing...

I think the answer is "yes". Because: I took the ruler of the intercepted sign in the 7th - Venus - to signify the customer, since the ruler of the cusp (Mercury) is already 'busy' representing your house. What's interesting is that Venus (the buyer) will meet you (Jupiter) after a CHANGE of sign. So, there has to be a change for you two to meet, and that change would be just what you are talking about - offering the whole lot instead.

Well, IMHO, your all property (4th) house ruled by Mercury, which is retrograde and detriment in Sagittarius. So, not likely to sell whole house.
But, strong Saturn (angular, culminating) ruling 4th house sign air triplicity, in applying sextile with Moon at MC. Also Saturn ruled by Venus which ruling your 2nd house.
So, that Saturn might literally represent your salable part of property, and Saturn at western side and cardinal sign, almuten of 4th house, so powerful.
My assumption that you might sell the bigger part of the property, and those at western side of the building.

I only just checked in as I had received no notifications...

I shall try and explain how the house stands:

two units on top, two units garden level.

Front upper storey one: if I stand in front of the historical place where I live, in the middle of the lounge facing the town, on my
front-right I have East;
front-left, North.
Garden level, there is the equivalent of the top one.

Rear, upper storey: around midday, after turning around the right-hand side of the house, the Sun is shining there, where, behind my shoulders, I have,
right-hand side, South;
left-hand side, Ovest.

So, garden-level floor; altogether two units, one front, one rear
Upper storey: two units, one front, one rear

This was a one big house with simply two storeys.

in 2006 we restructured and divided it into four, independent units.

The two on the rear, ground and top, are being sold separately, with the option for the buyer to build a circular staircase and rejoin them into one.

Presently I am of the idea that the two units in the front should be kept for the family: I live here alone, three daughters in Rome, the fourth, presently here, is soon going to move.

The larger part of the garden with a swimmingpool and the best of the panorama is obviously rejoyced from the front side, although the rear is very nice too.

The issue is: should I find a proponent buyer who would offer a fair, consistent price, in the end we would sell the entire place. Otherwise, I'd rather sell half.

So, in the end, at the moment the rear units, South-Western side, ground and top are out for sale. It could be one person buys the two, or two persons buy one each.

If not, shall I find the ideal one buyer for the lot?

That's actually how Saturn located in the chart, those units most likely to be sold.

And how about timing...? Should we consider Moon's distance from Saturn, since she is applying to a sextile, or rather, count Mercury retrogradation, station and direct movement until it reaches Saturn's degree?

I think because is Mercury so afflicted and rules 7th house, representing client/new owners, terms and conditions might be changed many times until final agreement reached.
Saturn-Mon angular so final deal will be quick, which is more real with one buyer.
Also Mars is malefic planet, at 7th cusp, ruled by afflicted Mercury. But Martian sign Aries in you 1st house and also Mars rules 2nd house of client?s money.
You might be too demanding while selling to potential buyers or etc., some compromise has to be reached.
Timing is not easy part in horary, lat say possible time units for house selling are week-month-year.
The cardinal sign and angular house are pointing on weeks. And fixed sign associated with longest period of time, than mutable in the middle, representing months in our case.
So, in combination of Moon-Saturn we have angular-angular-cardinal-mutable combination. I think time unit about 2 weeks, than to perfect sextile Moon-Saturn is 4.5 degree, with 2 weeks unit timing is about 2 months. It?s just my guess.
