Nevertheless, Saturn exalted in the 3rd collects light from both the Moon and Venus, so an older (Saturn) relative or acquaintance (the 3rd House), or someone she has a good communication with (still the 3rd), possibly could lend a helping hand in this matter. Since Saturn is exalted, that person could be in a higher position in her company. Maybe one of her bosses.

Actually there is such a person. From what I understand she gets along well with her manager. She actually had a brief discussion with him about it a few months ago. She said he seemed open to assisting her. The company does performance reviews in March every year and generally speaking if you have a good review you get a small increase and bonus. She normally gets this..that's why I thought Moon opposing Venus is that increase, it's just not substantial. Although I think her manager would be in her corner he'd still need approval for it from the director and VP.
Thanks for your input guys. Good thing is that I'll be able to give an update within the next couple of months so we can see how the chart played out

I heard back from my friend. It seems she did get an increase (which I believe was shown in the chart) but no where near what was discussed with her manager. Seemed to be the standard percentage increase they give everyone yearly.
I think the chart was pretty clear on this.

Taurus12, like your initial confusion and mine, I was wondering if this were of the 11th, 2nd of the 10H type of question or the 2nd. In my logical mind it seemed that both money from the career and the overall income should echoe the same, of which you have stated they in this particular horary, they have.

And as the raise was standard, and Not the promised raise, as you stated was 'substantial', the Moon opp Venus did fulfill it's promise. I think if the 2nd were the house of the matter, and Venus in her accidental fall, that no doubt aided in that delienation of 'Not substantial'

Wish that in this case the lord of the 11th and 2nd were more at odds, but my logic kept thinking they should have the same outcome, both the 2nd lord and the 11th's lord.
