I agree with what MarkF has said, and I too note the applying sextile of his significator to yours, it's about 5 degrees away...so who knows maybe in about 5 months time (??) he will show some real interest in you, you will re-connect in some way, this time he will be showing some genuine interest in you (because HIS planet is applying to meet YOURS). Then take things from there. Right now he is in a weak position and not able to act (6th House). I wouldn't entirely rule out something romantic happening, but it might take a long time to develop. a friendship would come first.

Yes you have both your significators applying and with mutual reception, but the reception is by triplicity, which usually means friendship I think.

The Moon is applying to be sextile the Sun in the 5th house, which is romance and sex, so perhaps this aspect will highlight this part of the relationship. The Sun also receives both Mercury and Venus, and is positioned in the 5th house so maybe that means that sex and romance are on both your friend and his wife's mind.

But the Sun rules the 6th house so it could also show that his weaknesses will come to light.

The Moon also will make a sextile with Uranus in the 1st house which may show a surprise or sudden change in the situation.

All in all, I'd still stick with saying that his chart is sexually charged situation about a married guy who's in a weak position who you may end up being friends with. I'm saying that based on the kind of reception involved here.
