The situation you described is in fact reality, especially with work. I am not that young anymore, but can't be considered old either. At work, I am definitely not an authority figure. But I do feel it's gotten to a point where if it's not them firing me it's me resigning. I am considering this as an option, but at the same time, I am not sure if it's the best option. Oh, just for the record, I am not having an affair with my boss!!!!!!! lol. But yes, I do have a secret hope for marriage!!!!!

I am going to look into the books you recommended. I kind of wish I had known about them before I went ahead and bought the one I have now. I will definitely try to follow this forum more closely. I hope to learn a lot more from you guys!!!!!!!!!!!! And I'll keep you updated about this.
