From my web browsing I seem to have found more accuracy on the times.

Begins descent 14:08 Eastern Time
Lands: 14:17 Eastern Time
Landing coordinates: 33? 21' 29"N 103? 47 '5"W

I dont guarantee 100% accuracy here but its enough to play with.

So based on that I have put together two event charts. Both located for his landing point in New Mexico:
In both charts: Mars trine Uranus Rx. Mercury sextile Venus. Venus Sq Jupiter Rx. The Moon, and Sun (in fall) in Libra disposited by Venus (in fall) in Virgo. In the descent chart Pluto is on the ASC and the MC is in Libra too. At the time of landing we have Saturn in partile conjunction on MC. Quite appropriate for a return to terra firma!

The pre-lunation chart prior to this event is very interesting. I have located it for the landing spot in New Mexico.

A T Square involving Pluto in Sq with the luminaries and of course Uranus. Moon in conjunction with Uranus. Mars Sq Venus. Mars conj North Node.
