I have been testing the Valens method in chapter 5 of Anthologies.
My dad passed away when I was 23. That year Moon in 10 transmitted to Sun in 8th. Sun in 8th transmitted to 6th indicating cause of death(disease or breast cancer). The 6th house is square the 9th house planets.

This year I emigrated though things did not go to my liking. My lot of travel in 12th transmitted to the ASC.
8th planets transmitted to 9th indicating problems ( Mars and Saturn involved).
Note also that these transmissions tend to repeat every 12 years,so they may be related to Jupiters cycles. Hence,what happened when I was 23 will tend to repeat at age 35. Since this is isnt exactly true, one must reliy on other predictive methods

Valens has a lot that is translated as "being away from home" by Robert Schmidt based upon Mars and Saturn. It is in Delphic Oracle software.

I dont see lot of Basis either but it seems to be the Lot of Bad luck in this software

I clkicked in "view list of reports,lots etc but that one is not included

Did you download from Tucows? That one is very old (from 2005). The most recent version (version 6 has it).

Rob Hand called it "the lot of bad things" because the Mars Saturn lot has a range of meanings including:

Accusation
Confinement
Legal Judgement
Enemies
Eros
Injury
Pain
