I did my chart using Regiomontanus house system at astro.com but read somewhere that its cusps are the middle of the houses.
Astro doesnt show where the houses begin. How do I find out,given that the cusps dont start every 30 degrees,hence its not possible to simply add 15 either side of the cusp?

Cusps are not the middle of the houses in the Regiomontanus system, so this is a non-issue.
