I asked a question of myself as to whether I should postpone a court date or if I should go ahead and have it on the 17th (solar eclipse) and then I realized I was unsure of the houses. I usually take 1 and moon for me, but isn't there something about always taking 1 for the prosecution? this is a Civil matter I'm attempting to clear up. concerns money.

interestingly both significators are conjoining in the fifth, the moon has just past them and is in the 6th. They are close enough to the 6th house cusp to be considered there I think? ruler of the 4th, sun is in the 5th house as well. The moon is debilitated in her fall in Scorpio, Mercury is at the end of his term, Jupiter is in his face. which looks to me that Jupiter is in a slightly better position than Mercury, though they seem to be coming together? If I could get a clarification please? thanks,

The rule for placing the prosecution on the ascendant relates to event charts. In horary apply the usual rule of assigning the querent to the ascendant.

thanks, I think that means a definite try to postpone if possible, As Mercury and Moon are not as in good a position as Jupiter?
