I am new to horary (my client knows that) and has asked me to locate a friend they have lost touch with. They asked where is Tasmin? The chart asc is 29 degrees gemini. Is this chart not radical? Chiron is in the 7t. sun conjunct jupoter in the fourth. My question is where do I locate the friend-in the 11th (mars 22 deg) or the 1st and treat it as a missing person? ALso my client also saw the friend as a creative musical collaborator. should i take that into account as well as the friend status. if so which house should i locate that relationship within? thank you.

If the ascendant for this chart is at 29deg I would probably not try to interpret it. It is a very late ascendant that suggests the answer is not available. It is unlikely that your client will be able to find her friend through this chart. I wouldn't consider the friend to be missing so would probably have used the 11th house if interpreting it. An easier question might have been something asking whether she will see her friend again.
