I know you have meant well Clinton, but I would ask you to step back a little and allow other members to contribute and share their views without fear of confrontation, or unnecessary assumptions or digressions. Please remember that we are just sharing views and offering advice here, not telling each other what to do, or expecting blades to be raised in defence of a point of principle.
No Deb !
The deleted one was much worse :D
even worse than the one that remains on this page.

Well, there is nothing I can add to what Paul has already said (see his comment below), but I feel it needs more attention, because everyone will get a better experience in the forum if we don't discourage input from astrologers who could have a great contribution to make, but might be put off from posting in a forum that smacks of arrogance and intolerance:

"Finally, however, I would like us to refocus on the horary at hand. If we feel we disagree with one another on particular points, let us try to remember to be tolerant and accepting of different views. We are all here for the same purpose, and it is not a competition. If we really feel our methods work better, then surely we should post using them and not be afraid that we cannot break from what one or another author says."

I also thought Paul raised a very pertinent point in his first post of this thread. Before worrying about the methods of judgement, is the question well considered and does the poster realise the difficulties in acting as both querent, in a matter that does not directly involve him/her, and astrologer, in a technique he/she has little experience of so far? This is very difficult - if the poster wasn't thoroughly confused at the start, they probably were by the time they'd finished reading the feedback on the hostilities of 17th century astrologers, Mel Gibson's depiction of William Wallace, the titles of lords and ladies and the class divisions of England.

Thank you Deb, Paul and benevolent Forum, the last thing I wished to do was alienate any horary artist. And it's true with my natal 3rd house I love 'symbolicly fencing', crossing swords, and do often come across a little coarse from time to time, and I love a great debate where we cultivate a great horary crop, where the discussion is there for future posterity of horary.

Pankajdubey, I am terribly sorry if I misread your gender by the handle, or name you chose for the Forum. (symbolically bowing to you)

Gryffinder, please except my apology, I have Not read all your posts, as astro brother Paul stated. Your replies via this thread disoreinted me some, having Not read many of your prior posts via other threads. Yet I too like the deceased Traditionalist that I mentioned have some concepts that Do Not agree with pre-1700 texts, but I'm saving this for a long time to come.

Thats also IF they are ever going to end. I am new to horary so I am still learning as to how to read when i am asking about someone else. T is the guy and R is the girl.

Which house would I look to, for this type of question? (I am asking about T the guy)
Should I look at the 5th or the 7th house? What applying aspects should I be looking for when asking about someone else?

Julz87, the reasoning I had mentioned the adjustment of adding 15 or subtracting 15 degrees longitude and keeping the same lattitude is that others may want to re-calculate the horoscope. One could add 30, 45, or 60 degrees or subtract arriving at the same horoscope in a different vicinity to hide their whereabouts, a little sco, pisces or 8th or 12H.

Astro.com, from that page also lists the ephemeris you can download and from the horoscope page you posted there is an 'Additional Tables' icon where one may view the speeds of the planets. These features are helpful to progress or regress a horary.

So Julz87, please tell us more so others may aid you in your horary!

I look forward to hearing from the poster.

Interestingly enough the term and face rulers rule the 11th and 5th houses and this was the opinion of Debs. From what I have determined from The Search of the Heart (pg 66) they can be both helpful in determining the flow of the question. The text calls for taking the stronger of the two but they both seem to be relevant quite often. When I am uncertain about what houses to use I look to them as a guide.

To be honest, julz87, I really would like you to reveal the reason of your question.

Am I completely wrong or you are very interested in T relating to yourself, and perhaps even to a relation of T to yourself?

If so, you could take the opportunity to ask a new - and then the proper - question.

If not, please let us know anyway.

While I can not answer all the question that you may have there is one thing that can be said- something hidden will come out which will amaze you and may even solve the problem.

11th lord venus is conjunct south node- that shows something seriously wrong with the friend that you do not know yet .Another pointer to this hidden thing coming out is the antiscion connection between your lord-moon and Pluto in the 6th(some consider Pluto as co-ruler of scorpio-the sign on the 5th).
For some reason there is very strong 6th house connection in this chart.

It could be - your sub-ordinates at work or a paternal -uncle/aunt or just a disease that you are not aware of yet(not disease in you but the quesited).
I think your worry is genuine.

Thank you Pankajdubey :)

And to answer all of you other guys questions. One we are friends not best friends but we are friends. Two we studied one semester together he helped me out a lot and was/is an awesome friend while I was going through some issues no guys not in a romantic sense. Three I know his brother and he has mentioned a big change according to him his brother is depressed and thinks it has something to do with his brother gf R and because of that IF that is the reason his GPA is dropping.

Btw thank to all of you who are contributing. I know you guys probably get the simple yes and no horary questions but I do believe a"when" question can be answered by horary as well.

Theoretically, there are several possible answers as to when "the end" might occur.

Since Mars as the ruler of your friend is joined to malefic Saturn who is the final receiver of his dispositon and a planet naturally associated with death/obstruction/endings, this could mean two years - because both planets are in fixed signs and are superiors, all the factors which point toward the longest time unit.

Saturn is also in a sign of a long ascension and in the descending part of heaven which is slow in matters of timing, confirming what I've already stated. Another method would have us note the lesser years of a planet, and convert them in months/days - in this case, I think the months would be the most appropriate given the already mentioned position of Saturn. Satur's lesser years are 30, thus potentially denoting 30 months.

On the other hand, we may also search for the time span in another way, which would lead us to some considerably shorter time units.

Mars is on his way of leaving combustion, and his actions/significations will be "renewed" when he enters his heliacal rising phase, i.e when he becomes visible in the morning, exiting the Sun's rays.

This will occur in the end of June/the beginning of July. A new phase in your friend's life will be brought forth, possibly comprising the "death" of the current relationship.

The same procedure may also be applied to Venus, who is also in the process of being "born again", but she accomplishes it a bit sooner than Mars, around 26th May.

Another possibility would be to note when Saturn, as the receiver of Mars's disposition, turns direct - that would be around 9th July. This is also just a few days apart from the Sun's arrival to the ascendant, representing one more 'timing device'.

There are also some other possible 'variations on a theme', but I mentioned only the ones I considered potentially the most relevant in this case.

Please let us know when/if anything changes in the near future, on/near the aforementioned dates.

Rregards,
Goran

Thanks Goran will do.

Question so it doesn't necessarily have to be the death of a/the relationship. New beginnings/death can also mean something new coming into the couples lives such as marriage, separation, pregnancy etc no?

Well, since Saturn is oppressing one of the two significators, separation/death of the relationship is the most probable outcome.

It is highly unlikely to designate pregnancy or marriage.

Especially if we remember that Venus/Mars are already separated and both oppressed by the Sun as well.
