25 by Mark Here is a link to an interesting post by Pankajdubey over on the Indian forum. It discusses Snowden's current planetary sub-periods (dasas) using the Indian astrology. http://skyscript.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7654 Mark As thou conversest with the heavens, so instruct and inform thy minde according to the image of Divinity William Lilly Quote Fri Jul 19, 2013 5:43 pm

27 by dragonqueen http://skyscript.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7654 I put a challenge to tropicalists in this link. The reason is that unlike in Vedic systems, the 12th house of betrayal does not seem to be involved. I normally use tropical, but I can`t help being curious Quote Fri Jul 19, 2013 7:45 pm

I normally use tropical, but I can`t help being curious I confess I find your logic hard to follow. What is your line of reasoning here? Frankly, being asked to defend the honour of the tropical zodiac based on just one chart example is a bit OTT. Moreover, your main astrological tool seems to be transits. Many astrologers (tropical and sidereal) use a host of other predictive tools. IMHO you simply cannot do accurate predictive astrology just using transits. So I suggest the issue at stake here is not which of the two zodiacs is 'working' but instead your current understanding of how predictive astrology operates. On top of that in the the link I gave to Pankajdubey's post he seems to be using the Indian lunar mansions (nakshatras) and their planetary periods (dasa). This has nothing to do with the 12 sign zodiac so I dont know what the Vedic 12th house has to do with this. Mark Last edited by Mark on Fri Jul 19, 2013 8:45 pm, edited 2 times in total. 29 by dragonqueen Didnt realise that But the first thing i noticed is that J?piter, lord of 8th, was conjunct Sun(lord of 4) and Mars(lord of 12th), hence my analogy of betrayal(12th) of country(4th). I am trying to find similar analogies in tropical. This is not so much a challenge but research. Snowden is in Saturn cycle in Vedic, in Jupiter in Firdaria. Quote Fri Jul 19, 2013 8:34 pm
30 by dragonqueen Hi Have you looked at Assange s ACG? He has the Sun on IC not far from Equator, but also over Washington. This is a lot less convincing than Snowden`s Quote Sat Jul 20, 2013 11:19 pm

Mark Hi Mark What I mean is that Snowden`s ACG with J?piter over bolivia may just be a case of luck for fans of ACG. Assange was helped by Equator, but I am not sure the IC Sun close to there is significant or meaningful Quote Sun Jul 21, 2013 10:47 am
Public awareness 33 by lihin Good morning, From a mundane astrological perspective it might be useful to consider the time and place of the first widespread publication of Mr Edward Snoden's information on Prism etc. in the British media. These phenomena - a global realisation of George Orwell's 1984 - will be harder to ignore and to repress from public awareness in the future. Today one reads that the NSA of the USofA have requested general keys to all SSH-encyrpted data. Has anyone got the data so we could set up the original publication chart? Best regards, lihin Non esse nihil non est. Quote Thu Jul 25, 2013 10:03 am

36 by SGFoxe
Dragonqueen, Please keep in mind this is the mundane forum not the natal area. Snowden's nativity qualifies here only because of his impact on political events. However, discussion of film celebrities is not really appropriate here unless they are running for office! So Sylvester Stallone is not appropriate topic for this forum. If in any doubt please take a look at the mundane forum guidelines: http://skyscript.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5239 If you want to discuss the general natal implications of Astro*Cartography like this I recommend you open a new thread in the General and Nativities forum. Thanks Mark
that Stallone is Dubya's astrotwin ... does that make Sly politically relevant, remember Rambo ... Rumstead ... I think there is an amusing essay matching Stallone's filmography w/episodes in W's career Last edited by SGFoxe on Sat Jan 04, 2014 4:22 pm, edited 1 time in total. Quote Sat Jan 04, 2014 3:37 pm
