Hello Sports Fans!

This weekends games are:

Fulham v Arsenal 24/08/13
12.45 BST: ASC 11Sc23, MC 26Le46, Moon 16Ar07, POF 26Geo2

Aston Villa v Liverpool 24/08/13
17.30 BST: ASC 04Ca06, MC 11Sc08, Moon 18Ar45, POF 21Le11

Manchester United v Chelsea 26/08/13
20.00 BST: ASC 29Aq50, MC 18Sa54, Moon 15Ta39, POF 11Sc48

Are these charts about Sports or are they practical examples of applying astrological theory?

The conundrum is House Systems and moieties!

With the first two games having cadent Moons, a weak dispositor and some distance before the next aspect, is there enough energy for a result? It's unusual for two consecutive games to end in draws. Has the second game now brought the Moons next aspect within range and is this enough to change the outcome? Possibly not!!

The Monday night game: An altogether stronger chart but the Moon remains cadent. Depending on your opinion of aspects the Moon either is applying to Mars, if so a draw seems likely, or if there is no aspect then there can only be one winner. I know which one I'm going for!

The Saturday results weren't as hoped for. However the charts showed a similar energy and the results were also similar, in that the away team favourites both won. Perhaps there is a lesson I can take away from this weekend!

Nergal- I don't know much about the game you refer to. I assume it was the 2nd leg of the Cup competition? With the Moon VOC, did the result on the night did make any difference to the outcome of the game over the two legs?

Nergal, I am learning nothing from your posts and it is rather discouraging to experience you continually attempting to give me the job (although not me specifically) with the intention of picking my brain. It's a lot of work and bother to work through the charts, really! I am sorry, but I am seriously lacking the sense of mutualness - and I think it is only fair to say that I am not ready to participate on this level. In addition to the fact that there still are some considerable problems I am still looking for the answer for. Apart from that I have nothing against you either as a person or your participation here at Skyscript.

I have been away for the holiday weekend or I would have posted this earlier. Everyone is welcome to participate in this forum by offering their thoughts on the astrology of particular sporting events and by participating in the discussions. However, I would like to point-out the Guidelines which say:

Please note that posts that ask Who will win this football match, or What do people think about horse X in this race, are unlikely to get a reply and are not appropriate. If you take the trouble to post your own analysis, you are much more likely to receive a reply and to have an interesting and informative discussion with other members.

Hello Sports Fans!

Well last week was a wonderful learning experience!!

This week:

Manchester City v Hull City 31/08/13 BST 12.45
ASC 13SC35, MC 01Vi48, Moon 11Cn56, POF 17Vi18

Crystal Palace v Sunderland 31/08/13 BST 17.30
ASC 14Ca41, MC 19Sc51, Moon 14Cn17, POF 20Sc34

Arsenal v Tottenham 01/09/13 BST 16.00
ASC 23Sa35, MC 27Li49, Moon 25Cn39, POF 09Sc44

A strong Moon this weekend, making aspects to exalted planets and then on to VOC. A suggestion that I should be going with the favourites. The exception may be the middle game with a partile aspect, which may switch to the away team, even though teams are seen as almost equally matched.

The theme for the weekend appeared to go well, although I should have stuck with my initial reaction and just backed the favourites.

Early days and a two-thirds success rate!

That said, I'm not sure there is much appetite for this contribution to the forum. There is a break now in Premiership games whilst International matches are played next weekend.
