Horary astrologers generally don't consider themselves to necessarily be psychic. Really when someone looks at your chart, what they're seeing is essentially meaningless unless we have some context for what it is. So far we already know some of the context - we know it's a horary chart (rather than electional or natal) and we know that it concerns you in some way.

But that's it. That's all we know.

Really the chart still remains somewhat meaningless to us. What is the outcome - but of what? The business deal you made? The interview you attended? The facebook 'like' you clicked? The phone call you made to your ex? The test you took? The blood results you're hoping to get back?

We just don't know and so we just can't help. I have a feeling that a lot of people would like to help you, judging by the fact that there have been replies to what is really a very vague question, but until you can help them in return, they similarly cannot help you.

A key criterion of this forum is that the poster is essentially the astrologer of the question and others who comment on the chart are basically just offering advice or help or their own impression, but the responsibility for the judgment of the chart rests with the person who posts it. I appreciate you are not looking for us to interpret your chart for you, however, what you are looking for is helping in interpreting a part of that chart, and nobody can do that until you as the astrologer actually tell us something about that chart, perhaps even offering your own view on the background of the question, what ideas you had yourself about what this might mean.

it is about a project I want to publish. I already did a similar chart a few months ago but since then some things have changed, so I did another horary.
