Please take a moment to help with this rather complicated chart.

Asc and the cusp of the 4th house have the same plantet,Jupiter,and the Moon has passed Ju and VOC.If the Moon is in VOC,it stays the same but the North Node in house 4 serves as a great protection here.And Ju is in via combusta region so anything`s possible.But Ju is badly aspected so....Does anyone have any ideas?

EXPLANATION of the question
Namely,my family has always had problems with housing,we have been subtenants as long as I can remember,basically since Mum and Dad met,some 30 years ago.They never had a chance of owning their own home or even paying for a house or an apartment that would later belong to them.

However,in socialist countries it is still possible for families in similar situation to be provided with some kind of a state apartment which you can`t own but the family members can live there as long as they pay the rent(which costs less) or buy the apartment at a market price.

Some two years ago the hospital where my Mum works offered 4 apartmens for such purposes.You need to know that it is also common in a country like Serbia that many people would lie about their current housing situation so as to get such apartments and that they would do anything to get them-lying under oath,forging documents,esp bribing the people who were appointed to allocate those apartments.

Naturally,somebody needed to get rid of my Mum`s application.

What happened was that the housing commission didn`t approve my Mum`s application because she lived and worked in Croatia before moving to Serbia and they said she couldn`t prove her subtenancy.(People who have been subtenants for more than 25 years always have the best chances to be better placed on the winners` list).
So nobody thought Mum would go to court and sue the hospital which was exactly what she did.The witnesses proved to the court that Mum was telling the truth about her subtenency,but the other side,the hospital,managed to put off the verdict for a while.

I have no idea what`s going to happen next and I`m sad about everything.But I would never give up without a fight.

My Mum was born on March 17th,1953,in Knin, in Croatia,between 7-10 pm.I`d say her Asc is Libra.

I was born in Dubrovnik,Croatia,on March 5th,in 1979,at 8:47 pm.

But the Moon in my 8th house suggests that I might inherit something from my Mum at one point of time.And that house starts with degree 19-Libra-woman so I wonder what that could be.

It might be best if you first off get a handle on your question, it seems to me you are unclear here. there is the question, will Mum win her court case? If so When and how? which would be a very different question I think.
