When Moon is VOC that means favorite wins or draw (nothing new will happen).

This year I research draw result and came to these conclusions:

4/11/12 Liverpool v Newcastle 16.00 Asc 28 Aries: Draw
reason: Antiscion of POF in partile aspect with ASC/DSC axic

4/11/12 QPR v Reading 13.30 Asc 10 Aquarius: Draw
reason: LH in partile aspect with MC/IC

24/11/12 Aston Villa v Arsenal 17.30 Asc 29 Gemini: Draw
reason: I have no idea except that dignities of L1/L7 do not differ too much

27/11/12 Sunderland v QPR 19.45 Asc 0 Leo: Draw
reason: LH on the edge, Moon separate from a conjunction of the SN

26/8/12 Stoke v Arsenal 13.30 Asc 18 Scorpio: Draw
reason: L7 in partile aspect with ASC/DSC

Thanks for your input on the drawn games Goca.

It is an interesting exercise balancing different testimonies.

An example can be found in the last two drawn games listed when Moon separates from SNode and L7 is partile the Asc/Dsc axis, with games ending in victories rather than draws. The most recent was the Sunderland v ManC game earlier this month.

For the draw result you must have no big differences in dignities and no others strong testimonies in favor of some team.

For example

match 9/12/12 Man C v ManU 13.30 Asc 22 Aries: Man U

we have 2 strong testimonies, Moon on DSC, strong + testimony for DSC team, and Pl on MC strong - testimony for ASC team so it is clear it will not be draw.

I am a beginner, so I do not know if my observation is valid.
Last week on Saturday (16th of November) Carlisle-Crawley from 3pm. The chart showed Aries-Libra axis. There weren't big differnce in dignities. The POF trined Venus and at the same time the APOF was in opposition to Mars.
The result was a draw.
Anyway, I am trying to check charts by the colours of teams not necessarily by the colours of the ASC-DSC axis.

All you said is corect, so we have positive testimony for both teams, and Moon separate from SN, testimony for draw. Also in my research I notice that when Nodes are in partile aspect with MC/IC axic (as in this chart) usually the end is draw.
