13 by irisalbus Hello Lifestudent, I think that "other people's money" is rather to be considered when handling questions/issues of selling something and similar things where the querent is actually and personally interested in having that money. I suppose that here, conceptually speaking, it is not what you want, as you do not want to get their money for yourself, "other people's money" is just part of the mechanism your project is about. I might be wrong but I would stick to reading the 10th house and its ruler in relation to the querent's ruler and see what is says. If "other people's money" were important, I would see if and how this is connected to the job/project itself (ie. to the 10th house) but only in a second step. As I mentioned before, I think that if it is a profession/job for you (something you work on mainly and also by vocation and that gives you an income) then the first thing to be considered is the relation between the 10th and the 1st houses and their rulers and their relationship, and the other factors only afterwards, if necessary. 14 by Ignis The mc is used. A planet in the tenth sign might be important but the mc always bears the closer affinity to career. She has huge hopes and wishes and the mc is in the the 11th. To my perception mercury in the 1st denotes the partner more. Mercury would fit given that the bank is involved. 15 by irisalbus Using only the MC as significator of the quesited, there is a separating opposition between Jupiter (the querent) and Venus (the quesited matter) while the Moon apparently translates the light between them. But there are many difficultites/impediments: - both aspects (Moon-Jupiter, Moon-Venus) are squares that would already mean that the querent has to work very hard and will find many obstacles; - The Moon is the domicile ruler of Jupiter and triplicity ruler of Venus but Venus in Capricorn is in the place of detriment of the Moon and the fall of Jupiter and the Moon in Aries is in the place of detriment of Venus (also in the decan/face of Venus). The Moon is peregrine and Jupiter, although exalted ruler in its place, is retrograde. So the mutual detriment of Venus and the Moon, with the Moon being also peregrine indicates that the desired outcome will hardly be realised or that it will fail. The Moon as the translator of light being the ruler of the 8th house could mean that it is a/the partner's ally (or more of them) or, as Lifestudent suggested, "other people's money" that is weak and fails to enter in a positive way into the picture, in order the quesited project/job to come true.
