Background
- Querent is single, in her late fifties, and doesn?t have children to inherit her money or any other relatives who could claim it
- She made a will donating the main part to a female friend with other legacies to previous employees. This friend is supposed to conduct all the legal procedures after her death
- Now she wants to change this will, maintaining the legacies to the employees but changing the main beneficiary because she is convinced the friend will be unable to attend to the tasks assigned to her. As she has little options between the friends, and many doubts about them, she asked the question.
- There is an idea to leave to charity but there must be someone in charge of the future estate, who shall be appointed in the will, and somehow she thinks this person shall have also a part of it. Lawyers area not an option.
- There are no properties involved, not a huge amount of money but enough to ease people?s life.

My take at the chart
- Radical chart, no considerations. Situation unstable ASC cardinal and MC mutable.
- Saturn rules 1st querent, 2nd her money and 3rd neighbors and papers, appropriate because the actual will is made to a friend who lived next door to the querent (a previous neighbor). Retrograde in 11th querent changing mind about friends where the money goes as per the actual papers. Dispositor of Saturn, and ruler of 11th Mars in detriment, retrograde and intercepted may indicate she has reason to believe the friend will be ineffectual.
- Mercury inside the 2nd house ruling the 6th points to the employees in the actual and in the future will. It?s received by Saturn and apply to it by a square denoting the difficulty these employees will have to, by themselves, go through all the legal matters in order to receive the money. Also ruling the 10th may indicate someone in power, except she has no boss and is heading to retirement.

- Moon co ruler of the question, exalted in the 5th house, applying to Jupiter retrograde in Cancer in the 7th by a sextile, in mutual application is where I?m lost. There?s no partner, husband or boyfriend who could be indicative of 7th house persons and of course nobody would give money to open enemies, except by not knowing it. Any "others" will be a very broad answer. Maybe Jupiter indicates the charity she?s thinking because it rules the 12th and is received by the Moon. I can?t figure this Jupiter or the Moon rulership of the 7th. Another idea that comes to my mind is that in the new will she makes the same mistake and and leave the money to a secret enemy (12th rulership of Jupiter).

- Yet I can?t answer to whom she will give her money as this person will be also responsible for the legal procedures of the will. Money Saturn would be some friend (11th ) maybe older or sick, female (in Scorpio), but with it?s dispositor Mars in detriment and retrograde does not make any sense to me.
- Or maybe I should look to the ruler of the 8th and 9th but she is not dead yet.

I asked her if there?s someone with these Saturn traits who could possibly be the main beneficiary and the answer was yes. There is a very good friend with 75 years old and sick but also unable to take responsibility of the estate. That makes a dead end.

5th house is the Key..Moon is exalted...the lord of 2nd house has an affection also for 5th house..

In my opinion it may show 'Money' given for betterment of Amusement Parks, Community Club of some sort or donated to an NGO for awareness and cure of 'Breast cancer' and Genital mutilation (Saturn opposes Moon)
