my only astrological note at this point is to observe the position of mars and saturn in all these charts as i think it has something to do with war or making war.. of course mars is very strong - but the malefic out of sect in the april 4th chart for NATO.. in the aug 24th chart it is also the malefic out of sect, cadent and in the sign cancer, but ruler of the ascendant. it's ruler-the moon is applying to saturn, but not yet out of the beams of the sun. all in all it is a very different mars in the aug 24th chart compared to the one in the april 4th inception chart.

the other thought i am having as i type is what does the overlap of these 2 charts look like? below is a biwheel with april 4th on the inside and aug 24th on the outside.. bear in mind the time of the april 4th chart is 4:52pm while a time of 5pm is also mentioned. this will shift the angles approx 2 degrees.

the immediate connection with mercury in the aug 24th chart back to the april 4th chart stands out. it takes me back to mercurys position in the april 4th chart conjunct mars - both in aries.. war, and talk of war seems to be the focus especially as they both land in the 7th house of the april 4th chart. it is interesting as my understanding is NATO is a result of, or a product of the cold war and an attempt to protect europe from russia - put bluntly.. whether it is also a wedge to prevent europe from forming closer ties to russia, as opposed to the usa is also a possibility too, but not generally considered as i understand it. of course this seems to be the same topic over the dynamic of ukraine as i understand it... hopefully all the charts come thru, as i don't want to have to do this again!
