I had an odd one asked of me, and I am dumbfounded, what house represents a co-worker? not friend or lover or opponant, or boss or underling, but co-worker? The question asked "what are my coworkers feelings towards me? why?" the person felt the other person acted oddly and couldn't tell if they disliked her? or fancied her? or ? wanted clarification because of odd behaviors. She does not consider the other person to be anything other than a co-worker, so I thought 11 house wasn't right? not a boss so not 10, not an underling so not 6, not known if enemy, hidden or otherwise so not 7 or 12? I'm confused, thanks for imput.

Try the 3rd house - it is the people around you who are on the same level as you. I've seen that work in a horary before. They are not a boss (10th), not an employee (6th) and not a friend (11th). The 3rd makes perfect sense to me.

Why I think that the 3rd signifies co-workers is because, just as our siblings are on the same level as us in relation to our parents, a co-worker shares the same relationship as us to the boss. Cousins share the same relationship to the grandparents as us and are shown by the 3rd house.

But it all depends on how the person feels about them. If they are sort of neutral about them, then I'd say go with the 3rd house. If the person is a rival, use the 7th. If they are a co-worker who is also a friend, use the 11th. You might have to ask more of the querant.

you are right that makes perfect sense. She stated she doesn't think of that person as any special relationship to her. which is why I had difficulty placing it. I like your reasoning.
