Konrad, do you have the location of those games, and which is the home team? If so, I'd like to have the data. I've found the Lot of fortune and (sidereal) terms relevant for predicting winners. I'd be happy to have about 100 games for starters. Can't deal with 6000 at the moment! I have Solar Fire 5.1, but I know the chart format was changed in more recent versions. But I think the latest versions can save files in 5.1 format. A winner can't be pedicted if the game isn't on one team's home turf. I just checked this topic today, so haven't been reading posts. I may have missed something important. http://www.snowcrest.net/sunrise/LostZodiac.htm Quote Thu Apr 24, 2014 3:41 am
86 by Konrad Everything is saved in the following format: [home] - [away]. In my recent files, I have put "(f)" beside the favourites. The location is set manually with the coordinates mostly to the seconds. I took the times from bet365.com with their "in-play" feature as my own practice relies on the dodekatemoiria and the IC and Fortune degrees. I checked bet365 against other betting sites, all generally agree on the start time to around 20secs and the games I have seen live on tv all start concurrently with bet365, so the times appear to be sound to the figure I gave earlier. I can send you some recent games if you'd like? The only thing I don't have saved are the results, but you can search the teams on www.soccerway.com and see the results there. http://www.esmaraldaastrology.wordpress.com Quote Thu Apr 24, 2014 7:30 am
87 by Janis Valkovskis Hi, Konrad Could you please explain which variant of 12th parts you use (multiplied by 12 or 13) and describe briefly what are you looking at. I am particularly interested in dodecs, as I have observed some interesting correlations. I personally use dodecs (multiplied by 12) of ASC degree and POF degree and see where they fall (only for games where teams are signified by the same planet or charts are almost equal and we have the same pair of planets competing). I look where they fall 1) whether in bounds of a benific or malefic, 2) whether in a stake of the relevant significator; 3) whether in a whole sign stake, succedent, or cadent (aversion) from the sign from which the dodec is measured, 4) receptions between the significator and the bound ruler of the dodec. 88 by Konrad Janis, firstly, as you know, I use a Sidereal measurement, so the dodekatemoiria will place differently than in the Tropical measurement. Right now, I look only at the dodekatemoiria of the degree of the IC (following Dorotheus in seeing the angle of the earth as the outcome of the election) and the dodekatemoiria of Fortune. What I am interested in is applying aspects to either within the 3 degree limit proposed by Antiochus by benefics to fortify the favourite, malefics to fortify the underdog. I am getting decent results but there is still something I am not seeing, especially when neither have any applying aspects. In those games, something is still happening but I can't see what. I am in the middle of exams now, so I won't be able to devote myself to it fully for another couple of weeks. I am very interested in getting all of the championship, league one and league two games kicking off on a Saturday at 15.00 and seeing the differences in the charts (the Dutch league playing Friday nights is even better with Holland being a small country), and these are the points I saw aspects to showing diferent results, yet there was a consistency with an aspect from the Sun alone, for example, via fortifying the favourite, from Mars, the underdog and so on. Edit: sorry, I use the multiplication by 12, it fits the fractal of space theory I ascribe them to. http://www.esmaraldaastrology.wordpress.com Quote Thu Apr 24, 2014 9:28 am

I have noticed that in some cases nicknames bear more weight than colours, sometimes the signs and planets ruling the cities are very important. This could be true, but then our pre-work in sorting out the details and which are predominant has to be more thorough, evident and systematic. I seemed to have observed that the Lord of the Hour, or the predominant planet after the matching with the Ascendant and its Lord, appears to provide more information about the name or identity of the prevailing team. Also, an angular planet seemed to do the same thing, like Mercury on the cusp of an angle like short names with a 'catch' to it - like 'Derby', 'Cardiff' etc., while teams with longer or more complex names follow the superior planets. In the same post Janis wrote:If there is a favourite and an underdog we do not need to find a testimony that the favourite will win, we instead should find a testimony that it won't. If I see that a chart favours the underdog, it does not mean that the underdog would win. More often than not underdog just scores and still loses the game, or the game ends draw rather than win. There is an overwhelming statistical difference that afflicted charts tend to end draw rather than underdogs' wins. Here I mean such underdogs which are priced at 5.00 and longer odds. In many situations I am finding the question of radicality and type of radicality give good guidance, but when there are other more exact indications in the chart these take prevailence. When games are starting at the same time I either tried to sort out the variation of small details, or sort out those games that appeared to agree most with the chart. Re. GB wrote:LHr = L1 = Moon, Sun or Jupiter there is is very significant reduction in the number of draws: about 10% draws rather than the average of 25%. There is a corresponding increase in favourite wins. LHr = L1 = Venus, Mars and Saturn had no effect on the proportion of draws, or favourite wins, but there was a slight decrease in the proportion of home wins. LHr = L1 = Mercury was very variable (typical of Mercury). There seemed to be some variation depending on sign, but I have insufficient data to be sure. Excellent contribution on the Lord of the Hour, GB! These sort of studies could take us places! No, I did not choose draw and excluded such a possibility by saying: Both planets in the same triplicity enhances the likelihood of draw but considering the angular position of the Moon, I would give an edge to the Moon. I backed the home. All considered, I am inclined to back the home. I went astray when I tried to appear smarter than I am. I was suggesting that the first half would end draw the entire game would be won by Real. I wonder whether it is worth picking draw first half/Real Madrid wins the game at odds 6.00 considering that Mars, ruler of hour, is retrograde, aversion the rising sign and the Moon is VOC, unless we take into consideration her opposition with antisca of the Sun, dispositor of POF, at 26LE49. Actually, I have found a value in bets FH/the entire game. They are priced at a value close to exact scores or even better. If, for example, a scoreline 2:1 in favour of an underdog is priced 1:20, a bet favourite wins the first half and loses the game might be priced at 1:20 or even longer odds. I rarely succeed in predicting exact scorelines but more often I found myself lucky in picking correct bets FH/the entire game. Quote Thu Apr 24, 2014 11:41 am

I backed the home. Right you are! Well done for backing the home team. Whether you actually excluded the draw, I am not so sure. But were you backing the home team or Real Madrid? In the match on Tuesday the away team, Chelsea, was represented by the Moon due to association with Cancer? This was confusing. I would propose som sort of standard formula, similar to my attempst to create one which indicates the basic overview of odds, chart details, planetary hour and radicality. Janis, the table overviews you are providing people are actually quite good. If we could either integrate into or provide an additional setup similar to this - then this could actually so visable and easy to read that it actually could be worth something. http://www.astronor.com Quote Thu Apr 24, 2014 3:18 pm
Janis chart real madrid-bayern 92 by Marlene040 Hi, I don't understand why the chart of janis, real madrid-Bayern Mars rules the hour, who rules time and mercury, Mars rules time 18: 45 on schedule in Madrid, that time you made in the chart janis? Quote Thu Apr 24, 2014 3:52 pm
93 by Janis Valkovskis Marlene, I will reply you as soon as I have time and send you all tables you wished to receive. Whether you actually excluded the draw, I am not so sure. Of course, you are right. I admitted it might well end draw. It's a soccer, you never 100% know how the game will end before the ref blows the whistle. My prediction was Real but not a draw. I admit I created confusion by mentioning the first half/full time pick. As all can see, first half did not end draw. It was wrong. In the match on Tuesday the away team, Chelsea, was represented by the Moon due to association with Cancer? This was confusing. Confused No, their primary significator is Jupiter. The Moon is a secondary significator because it rules Cancer, the sign I believe is associated with Chelsea. At least in my experience, the horaries tend to end not so much according to the condition of the significator but according to the condition of its dispositor in particular if the dispositor has some dignity in the degree of the 4th cusp. I use it also in predicting football. I would propose som sort of standard formula, similar to my attempst to create one which indicates the basic overview of odds, chart details, planetary hour and radicality. I agree with you, however, I can provide tables (whoever wish can receive them) for almost all leagues with coordinates, home, away and third colours, nicnames and in certain cases with the city rulers. In my opinion, they save much time and are quite a convenient tool. Yesterday I provided all details you suggested the 'standard' should hold. But it takes much time and if there are many games played at the same time or in short intervals, it is next to impossible to provide all details. Quote Thu Apr 24, 2014 4:42 pm

95 by Janis Valkovskis Benfica - Juventus, Europe League, playoffs, semifinal, first leg odds 2.70 3.25 2.88, 20:05 BST, coordinates 38 N 45 10, 009 W 11 05 Significators: Benfica - Mars (red), Juventus - Saturn (black/white) ASC 02SC00 (fall degree of the Moon), MC 07 LE 23, POF 04 VI 40, Moon 07 PI 11, hour Mercury. There is not much going on in the chart. The Moon is in the last degree of Venus, L -7, bound has just separated from opposition with POF and is applying by trine to its dispositor Jupiter with the strongest possible reception. Mercury, ruler of hour and dispositor of POF is near the 7th cusp and approaching combustion. I am inclined to back a draw, probably, 1:1. I pick Draw/both teams to score priced at 4.75. Sevilla - Valencia. odds 1.70 3.25 2.88, 21:05 CEST, coordinates 37 N 23 02, 005 W 58 13 Significators: Sevilla - Moon (white), Valencia Saturn (white/black). ASC 04 SC 58, MC 10LE 33, POF 07 VI 38, Moon 07 PI 11, hour Moon. The Moon is immediately applying by opposition to POF. According to Frawley, we do not need to look at any other testimony for it is a clear indication that the underdog would win. Though it is true that underdogs used to win if the Moon is applying by hard aspect to POF it is not universally true. Favourites also used to win despite hard Moon's aspects to POF. The Moon and Saturn are in the same triplicity which enhances the probability of draw. Moreover, the Moon is squeezed between Neptune and Chiron which, as I have noticed, also is an indication of draw. But in my notes Sevilla is ruled by Pisces (still needs testing). If true, Moon in Pisces should be the decisive factor. My pick is Sevilla wins and both teams to score, odds 3.50. Quote Thu Apr 24, 2014 6:57 pm
