Hi, Yair Alon!

Just out of curiosity; what time did you use for this chart- the time of the last conversation?
But looking at the chart I can see that, This guy can be a womaniser and a psycho. He gets pleasure in torturing her. at the same time he is surely having other women. He will not be stable with anyone. He will try to play with her feelings again. But will not be her forever. He likes to play.
I have to say that, although I myself would definitely pick the time of the event (as opposed to the time of Querent's question) in this situation, I would alsways keep in mind that this is an event chart.
Whist the activities described in it surely dictate the future development of the situation, after some time, a new event might trigger a change of course. In addition, imagine a person who's emotions are erupting after she has found out about something inappropriate and devastating- we can expect the chart to show her as a person in a horrible shape. But, surely, the person will eventually calm down. For this reason, I tend to treat certain elements (conjunctions with the outer planets in particular) differently in Horary and in Event charts. A ruler conjunct Pluto in an event chart is surely indicative of something very drastic. Which is expected considering the fact that you have picked the moment of the most stressful activities. However, when it comes to translating the influence of Pluto onto the person ruled by the other planet in this conjunction in terms of his nature and behaviour, I would probably pick much more moderate meanings (because I could not put my hand into fire and swear that this placement alone guarantees that the person will spend his life as a miserable, cheating man).
But, if a person decides to ask a Horary question about a stressful situation after she has had enough time to calm down, and if the chart still shows a strong influence of Pluto, then I'd assume that the person is indeed under a very strong negative influence and that many of her reactions (and actions) are stemming from the feeling of being hurt.

From this perspective, Venus/Pluto conjunction implies very deep feelings, jealousy, even obsessiveness and, consequently, equally devastating reactions. Also, the presence of so many planets in the same house with the ruler of the 7th could be indicative of his colourful love life. However, (and, again, since this is an event chart), on a much more superficial level, this could simply mean that, at the time of their last conversation, he was surrounded by many people in his own home (maybe even his parents- his derived 4th, Sun, Moon...).

Another thing worth noticing, IMHO, is the fact that his ruler (Venus) is receiving the influence of Mercury/Pluto conjunction. Mercury is the natural ruler of communication and, in this particular chart, it even ruled the 3rd. All this could be saying that the Quesited is trying to move away from what he considers to be obsessive behaviour (Venus is currently very swift and Mercury is staying behind her back and will not be able to catch up with her speed before turning retrograde in the next sign).

The Moon separating from his ruler and walking towards the end of the sign is yet another indication of broken communication.

But, the Querent's ruler doesn't seem any less obsessive, actually. Even with a very wide orb, her ruler is already entering into the opposition with a retrograde Jupiter inside the 5th. This combination can be literally described as "exaggerated assertiveness" which resonates with her endless attempts to contact him.

Please note that Venus it not applying to the conjunction of Mars. Venus is separating from the semisextile of Mars.
I'm on the same page with Johannes here. Traditional authorities teach us to focus onto the main aspects in Horary as minor ones are much less active and, for that reason, often useless in Horary. Furthermore, although many of us do pay attention to them in Natal charts and especially in different predictive methods where activities don't happen often, the nature of the minor aspects always remains equally important. And, when it comes to semi-sextiles, astrologers still can't agree whether this is a benevolent or a malevolent aspect. The fact that it represents one half of a beneficial aspect does not necessarily mean that it is beneficial itself. When separated by 30 (+2) degrees, the planets are actually invisible to each other (just like when they're incojunct) and placed in the signs that share no natural affinity with one another. In this particular chart, the strength of the aversion is somewhat decreased by the fact that both planets are disposed by Saturn but, apart from that, we are left with two rulers unable to communicate with each other which, obviously, fits the situation. So, even if you decide to assign a specific value to this minor aspect, you will still be left with an aspect that indicates lack of communication. And, with no other planet to bring the main rulers back together, they remain invisible to each other because, as Johaness rightly points out, the distance between the main rulers is surely far from an application into a conjunction.

Now, does the lack of application mean that they will NEVER talk to each other again?! Surely not. I would not expect an event (or even a Horary) chart to give such life-time promises. But, in reality, what the Querent wants to know is whether she will be able to establish a contact with the Quesited while the soup is still hot and, based on this chart, it seems that, for the time being, he remains unattainable.

Cheers,

aglaya

I am not an expert on horary, but have been reading some material on this site and other sources as well.

You asked:
Can you please enlighten me as to Lilly's view on that? According to him, if the chart of the moment has no applying aspect within the orb this means a 'no'? He doesn't take into account that the aspect will be partile and come to perfection sometime in the future, even if it may take a while?
It seems to me that the rule in horary is that if an aspect should perfect, it does need to be an aspect already in the horary chart itself. Then you can time the perfection by looking into how long the aspect will take to come to perfection.

If the planets are not in aspect ... even if they could be said they are about to come into aspect... this does not seem to count.

Your concern here seems to me that you want to see Venus moving into same sign as Mars, and come into aspect with Mars.

Like Johannes said above - Moon is not even able to translate light from Venus to Mars because it is not in orb.

BUT I'd like to say this.
It seems to me that the end of the matter (4th) is ruled by Moon in this chart. The Moon is also co-ruler for the querent, so she seems to be in charge of the outcome. She will enter the 11th to be there with Mars and it is the quesited 5th house and the querents house of hopes and dreams! Note, it is also the opposition of the querents 5th house of romance.

Something unexpected might actually happen in this situation.

The quesited ruler is also placed in same sign as the querent's 5th house ruler (sun). Both Mars and Venus are received by Saturn, the ruler of her 11th and his 5th - which is placed in the 8th house!

This sure is a strange chart.

But I also have to agree that Uranus and Pluto both do play a part here, although not being rulers, they are indicative of abrubt sudden change for the querent and the obsession and difficult communication for the quesited.

Thanks aglaya and lifestudent for your wonderful information!

Aglaya, this is an horary chart, but below I'm posting the event chart of the last message ge sent her, in case you (or anyone else) wants to analyze it. Up to what I know from the case, you're completely right in your delineation. I just don't understand, one thing: you say that there are "deep feelings, jealousy, even obsessiveness". This is on his side, right?

Lifestudent, the same question goes to you.. When you say "obsession and difficult communication for the quesited" it means he is showing these behaviours or is he suffering from things she is demonstrating?

Here is the chart for the last message he sent her, and then blocked her.

I just had to post an update on the case.

My client just called me and told me that her ex-boyfriend just came back to talk to her again. He sent her an e-mail. Nothing related to love or about the relationship, but, anyway, he contacted her. And, besides that, she noticed that he unblocked her on Whatsapp and on Facebook, sort of leaving the door open again.

Therefore, it seems to me that those significators (Venus and Mars) are and still will be in contact for some time. Now they are 22 degrees apart.

As many posted here, the horary chart didn't seem to show that he would come back and talk to her. The only thing I can think about is this Venus-Mars relationship.
